I have owned 6 or 7 Subaru's over the last several years. Five from Tucson Subaru. The last 3 from Bob, the salesman, The last 4 with Dan as the chief of the service team. In every case These two were the absolute best. I have lived all over the country, and owned many cars, Lexus, Toyota, BMW, Mercedes,etc. and never been better treated or served. I feel both these gentlemen are good fiends, good people, and Great Professionals. PS :All the Subaru's are or were GREAT! More
Hyperblue FTW Straight to the point: I initially came in for a service appointment on my 2015 WRX for it's 12k maintenance, but..... ended up leaving with the Hyper Straight to the point: I initially came in for a service appointment on my 2015 WRX for it's 12k maintenance, but..... ended up leaving with the Hyperblue STI. After first seeing the hyperblue color in person back in October, I was mesmerized and immediately wanted that color and car. Around Halloween weekend I saw that Tucson Subaru still had one hyperblue STI out on display in the front of the dealership. That weekend I told my friends: "I might just go buy it." But just to ward off any impulse purchases I waited a couple of weeks, 3 weeks to be exact. When I came in for service on my '15 WRX, I had no idea that the hyperblue was in stock until I walked into the showroom. I walked around the vehicle for about 15-20 minutes and kept asking myself, "Do I really want this?" Maybe, just maybe, if the numbers look good I would get it. I went up to Ken and asked about the hyperblue STI. I told him I was interested in seeing the numbers and would buy the vehicle if the numbers looked good. As you can see they looked good for me and now I own it. Ken and Traci were quick, courteous and great to work with. Ken has been the second salesman I have negotiated with, and it confirms how much Tucson Subaru appreciates their customers. It was my second time working with Traci. I will buy my next Subaru from Tucson Subaru. More

Helpful and professional on all fronts My husband and I were looking for a low mileage small car for commuting and found a 2009 Mini Cooper on Tucson Subaru's web site. When we arrived at the dealership Larry Walker greeted us. He knew the vehicle we were interested in and discovered there was a problem with it that made the dealership decide to sell it at auction rather than sell it themselves. We looked at it anyway and thought we might want it if the problem could be fixed. Larry immediately involved the general manager who was also very helpful. We ended up making a deal and purchasing the vehicle, which Tuscon Subaru is fixing as part of the deal, and are very pleased with their courteous professionalism throughout the transaction. Our finance specialist, Traci, was also personable and helpful without being aggressive. She provided us with information about extended warranties but there was no hard sell. Overall, I was very pleased with all of the interaction. More
