Almost all negotiations were handled either on the phone or over the internet, including locating the vehicle I wanted and negotiating the price and trade-in allowance. Trent is the perfect representative for this dealership. He truly cares about the customer and wants everyone to have a pleasant and productive experience. We drove down from Prescott to pick up our vehicle and were very happy with the experience . . . yes, the roses are a nice touch. We will definitely make the trip down to Tucson again when we're ready for another vehicle. We will not hesitate to recommend Trent to our friends when they're looking for a vehicle. Joe was patient and understanding, and he worked tirelessly to get us into the car we wanted, and was professional at all times. I was most happy with the fact that he was not high pressure or over-bearing. We felt comfortable with the sales experience and we left feeling that we were treated respectfully and fairly. We actually didn't buy the car on the first visit, we wanted to take a couple days to think it over. That was also what I appreciated about Joe, in that I felt I could leave or come back with out feeling like a salesman was burning a hole in the back of my head with his eyes as I walked out the door. We looked at the car on a Wednesday, and came back to buy it on Friday. I would buy a car again from Tucson Subaru, and Joe would be the man I would seek out. This is my first Subaru, and it is an impressive car. More
