Tuscon Subaru gave me a good enough price up front that the trip was worthwhile. While other dealers claimed that they would beat or match any competitor price, they kept coming back with higher offers even after I quoted Tuscon's offer. Curt was easy to deal with and answered my questions fairly promptly. I liked that their 1st quote was still the most competitive price after haggling with other dealers. Once we got there, they were as friendly as one might expect (but who wouldn't be when we've already committed to buy?). I would say beware of last-minute optional add-on offers at signing (I assume all dealers do this, but it was kind of annoying). We declined them all since they seemed like profit padding and we had no way to price check or compare on the spot. Since all the negotiating was done online (and we did a test drive at another dealer) the process went relatively quick. More

Curt really went out of his way to help us and make sure we knew everything we needed to know about our new Crosstrek. He even came to our house after we bought the car and showed us how to install the crossbars on our roof rack. During the sales process, he wasn't high pressure like salespeople are at most dealerships. It was a more informative process than a sales pitch. We really appreciated the difference from past experiences. We didn't look forward to the buying process based on what we'd seen before, but it is really different at this dealership. More

I went in just to do a test drive and have my trade in evaluated and left with the car I have wanted for years without feeling any pressure or uncomfortableness normally associated with the car buying experience. I was a little nervous as I went there alone, but felt completely comfortable and at ease after my arrival. From the test drive to the financing the experience was truly the best. Traci (financing) was very helpful and considerate in explaining my options without making me feel like I was locked into particular transactions or extra options. I would definitely go back here to purchase a vehicle again! More

Both experiences were grea Our second purchase from your dealership, first a 2014 Forester from Bob Wilson and now a 2014 XV Crosstrek from Ken Murch. Both experiences were great. Ken found us the orange color I just had to have and the tinted windows and sunroof are great too. Tim Hanson in finance made the process painless and even got my husband to laugh a time or two. We will be back for services and for our next purchase as well, which hopefully won't be for some time as our last purchase was a 2002 Forester whom we still love to this day 143,000 miles later. You guys are a good team and you are selling a great product. PS. Love the new facility. More
