Two positive experiences brought us to Tucson Subaru. First, our study of SUVs in Consumers Report, gave top marks to the Forrester for performance and price. Second, Costco Auto Buying Program identified a Subaru dealer participating in special pricing with a contact sales representive. Upon arrival at Tucson Subaru, we found ourselves at their March grand opening of their new location. WOW! A new facility well stocked with new inventory ready for delivery! Our sales representative, Kevin Gribble, gave us our first experience of the Forrester behind the wheel . He shared the many features and was very articulate and knowledgeable about the vehicle. We are very pleased with our new car purchase and will highly recommend to our family and friends Tucson Subaru More
Having recently returned from 5 years overseas, I was in the market for a used car, with a budget in the ballpark of $10K. Craigslist was a nightmare, so I decided to visit some dealers, knowing I might end up paying a bit more, but also getting a more reliable vehicle. I visited several dealerships in the Tucson area over the course of a couple of weeks, and test drove numerous pre-owned cars. Nothing was quite right.... I stopped into Tucson Subaru, where Curt McHenry talked with me about one or two used cars that might suit me, but we weren't able to find a good match that day. A few days later, Curt sent me a message saying that he'd just gotten two cars that might interest me. I had a look at both of them and ended up buying one of them that same day - a 2006 Impreza sport wagon. Curt has a background in the Subaru service department, so he was knowledgeable, helpful, and easily able to answer my many questions about the car. Curt and the rest of the staff were professional and friendly, and I never felt pressured. My budget was towards the low end of the used cars that this dealership offers, but I was treated with the same respect as someone who was purchasing the latest and greatest model. The service department at Tucson Subaru ensured that everything was running smoothly, and after they had finished detailing the car, it almost looked brand new. Immediately after purchasing my car, I set off on a 3,000 mile road trip. The car is GREAT - it is fun, responsive, reasonably fuel-efficient, handles rutted roads and snow like a champ, and overall it suits me to a T. I couldn't be happier with my new(used) car so far. Thank you Curt, and Tucson Subaru - I will recommend you to friends and family. More
First of all, I'd like to start by saying that I have never enjoyed the process of buying a car. For me, it ranks somewhere just below going to the dentist. I have also been a loyal Toyota customer for o never enjoyed the process of buying a car. For me, it ranks somewhere just below going to the dentist. I have also been a loyal Toyota customer for over 10 years, so I wasn't likely to buy a Subaru. However, I have heard great things about the latest Subarus and begrudgingly went to the dealership. I ended up talking to Curt about the new Impreza. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions about the car and knew enough about the Toyota options I was looking at to convince me it was worth a test drive. If you haven't already done so, you really need to take a look at this car. Dollar for dollar its one of the best deals you're going to find anywhere. I wasn't quite ready to make a decision so Curt gave me his card so that I could follow up later. After doing the same drill at Toyota I came back a few days later to purchase a new Impreza. I got a great deal on a very cool car while avoiding the hassle that usually comes with a purchase like this. Curt never pressured me or made me feel like I had to rush to make a choice. He took his time with me and answered all of my questions through the process. He even remembered personal details about me, like where I work and my plans for the weekend. It was a great buying experience all the way. I really love my new car. In fact, I've already recommended two friends to go down to see Curt about getting a new Subaru. Tucson Subaru - Keep up the good work. Thank you! More
The duty of any car dealer is not just to sell vehicles, but to even make sure that they are offering best after sales service to their customers. However, there are only few agencies who are able to fulfil but to even make sure that they are offering best after sales service to their customers. However, there are only few agencies who are able to fulfill both the responsibilities with utmost care and professionalism. It is due to this reason, we were reluctant to do the purchasing from any store. So, we did a lot of research and at last reached the door steps of the Tucson Subaru, which is the most reputed and credible car dealer in the region. The moment we stepped in to the time we came out with our purchase, the complete process was quite fascinating. The executives working in there took special care of our needs and requirements. They made a note of our needs and made sure that they never deviate from it. Apart from that, they even helped us make the most appropriate selection. Thanks Tucson Subaru, for the ultimate service. I dealt with Trent. He is a very good man. I do not like I dealt with Trent. He is a very good man. I do not like car salesmen, for I think most are mean spirited and only out for a profit. Of course, I dealt with Trent. He is a very good man. I do not like car salesmen, for I think most are mean spirited and only out for a profit. Of course, it is a business and they need to make money to stay in business. But, too many have burned me in the past. Trent is different. He explained all the numbers that did not add up A LOT. Sometimes two or three times over. Trent was patient and worked with me. I highly suggest working with him if you are looking for a used car, or even a new Subaru. He is a good person. John in financing was sweet too. He remembered non-car related details from earlier conversations and followed up. I like that. All in all, not a bad experience at all considering the car buying process. After negotiations, they made the rest super easy on us. Thanks guys! More
