We were looking at the Forrester and the Outback and we feel he did justice to both, leaving the decision to us. When we chose the Outback he put us in touch with Tim, the finance officer.who breezed us through the paperwork, explaining the information and our choices in detail. Friendly and Straight Forward My first experience with Tucson Subaru was a pleasant one so when I was shopping for a second car I went to Trent at Tucson Subaru. He was straight f My first experience with Tucson Subaru was a pleasant one so when I was shopping for a second car I went to Trent at Tucson Subaru. He was straight forward the first time I bought a car at Tucson Subaru and I knew he would be the same way when I needed an upgrade. We talked about my price range, my trade in and he listened to me. I mean really listened. He told me what he was going to do i.e. look at my trade, he then made a list of vehicles in my price range. I was interested in one of the Subaru's he had in stock but it was not available for me at the time and would be available later. Since I wanted a car now we went over the list. I expressed my interest in one car and that is what I was shown. From then on he went to work to get me a deal I could live with. I was not disappointed because I felt he was truly trying to help me. My definition of a good salesman is one who listens to you and tries to help you get what you want and need. He doesn't waste your time by getting your hopes up, or try to sell you what you really didn't want and he's straight forward. Aside from being a good salesman Trent is a good person and he looks out for you. He is a sincere person and makes you feel like you are number one. Sounds cheesy but it's true. When I went to financing, which is where I met Traci I again was not disappointed because like Trent she was also straight forward, no hassles, she knew what I wanted and she made the process easy, explained everything and was very friendly. I really only dealt with Trent and Traci, but my experience with them makes Tucson Subaru my dealership and I would recommend them and Tucson Subaru in a heart beat! Pat Carranza More

He got the exact car that we wanted and then we arranged a convenient date/time to pick it up. The price was exactly as expected/good. We did the paperwork and a quick set up of the car (connect our phone to bluetooth, etc) and we were happy Subaru owners. More

We saw Curt McHenry at a food truck event in Tucson and instantly fell in love with the XV Crosstrek. When beginning my car search Subaru was the first stop. We worked with Curt and he showed us many different models and spent the time to go over all of the different specialties of Subaru and let the car sell its self. I continued to search for other vehicles at the Automall, but many of dealers had pushy car sales and never took the time to explain the vehicle, or even open up the hood of the car! I went back to Subaru multiple times to continue to test drive to find the right vehicle, each time Curt answered all questions and never was pushy to make a sale. I bought a Subaru and feel confident in my decision. I would absolutely recommend this dealership. I have only had the car for a spit second, but it feels great! I also like that the warranty is backed by Subaru and not subcontracted. More

Our sales agent, Trent, and finance specialist also treated my two little kids really nicely, which is sometimes a hard thing to find! The process was painless and as quick as could be expected. Trent has been available by phone for the two times I've had questions since my purchase. I know there's no choice for a new Subaru in Tucson. That makes it even more impressive how much they go out of their way to offer stellar customer service. The sales manager brought out roses for my wife before we drove off. Nice touch! More

Steve even made arrangements to meet me after his normal working hours to better fit my schedule. Traci Roberts in finance was also awesome. She took the time to explain things to me (more than once when needed!) and really made me feel comfortable and confident in making my purchase.
