Subaru Crosstrek 2015 I walked in the showroom knowing exactly what I wanted to buy. However, I had to wait for a while until someone notice me even I was standing right in I walked in the showroom knowing exactly what I wanted to buy. However, I had to wait for a while until someone notice me even I was standing right in front of the receptionists and not that they were super busy with anybody that I could see there (even they were, at least say something like "Hi, please take a seat, somebody will be with you shortly" or st like that). Definitely not happy with the receptionist there. Anyway, I just want to see whether I can get a good deal for the new car and trading in my old one. With Kevin's help, I got my new car easily within an afternoon. At first I was not very happy because he seemed to be too busy on the phone with some other customers and didn't even ask for my name until later. Anyway, the process was improved as he focused back to working with me. He tried to find a way to make both of us happy with me trading my old car for a new Subaru and the dealer selling one of their Crosstrek. He was friendly, helpful with any question/issue that I have and not pushing at all. He still follows up with me about the car after my purchase to make sure I'm doing ok with it. That's the best part to show that they care about their customers' satisfaction in the long run! Good job, Kevin! More

On Saturday, 27 June 2015, my wife and I visited the Subaru dealership in Tucson, and were introduced to Kevin Woessner, who assisted us in our search On Saturday, 27 June 2015, my wife and I visited the Subaru dealership in Tucson, and were introduced to Kevin Woessner, who assisted us in our search for vehicle information and what models were available for us to test drive. Kevin is a very knowledgeable sales representative who knew so much about the Subaru models and what might fit our individual needs. We test drove several models and discovered that the Outback model would best suit our needs, and provide the comforts and features we were looking for. We have owned several Toyota models over the past 12 years, and were very pleased with what Subaru offered us in the Outback model. We returned to the Tucson Subaru dealership the following Monday, the 29th, and finalized the purchase of the 2015 Outback with Kevin's assistance. For us this was an excellent buying experience. Without question, we would recommend Kevin to anyone who may be looking to purchase a new vehicle. We have already had the opportunity to recommend one of our friends, and within days of our purchase of a new Outback, she purchased a 2015 Forester with the assistance provided by Kevin. In addition, our 24-year old granddaughter who lives and works in the metro area east of Phoenix, purchased her first new car, a 2015 Forester, from her local Subaru dealer in the Gilbert/Chandler area. Her previous vehicle was an 8-year old Toyota RAV 4. More

I submitted an online inquiry regarding a 2015 Working with Kevin Gribble at Tucson Subaru was the best experience I've ever had with any dealer ever. I submitted an online inquiry regarding a 2015 Outback and within minutes, Kevin had emailed me back with answers to my questions. We met at the dealership later that day, test drove the model we were interested in and put a deposit on one that was due to arrive within days. In the following days (4), Kevin did an outstanding job of keeping me informed of the delivery status and on the day the car arrived scheduled the convenient time for me to come in and complete the paperwork and take delivery. As an aside, it really helps that Kevin's just a bit of a techno-geek. His explanation of the Subaru audio and nav system was really good. I've barely had to look at the manual since. I'd also like to commend Traci Roberts in Finance. Not only does she do a really good job of explaining the paperwork and other optional services, she's a model of efficiency. She made what's otherwise a tedious process as painless as possible and did so with a lot of humor. More

I called several dealerships in New Mexico, Colorado and Arizona. Currently I live in New Mexico but soon will move to Colorado and thought it would be best to buy close to where I would be living. After several phone conversations I spoke to a salesman at Tucson Subaru who, unlike the salesmen I spoke with in other locations, seemed grateful for my call and answered all my questions in a sincere and helpful manner. Anything he couldn't answer then he found the answers and called me back. I drove the 3 hours to Tucson where Steve Willis was available at the scheduled time. He was very easy to do business with. We talked about all my concerns and what I was looking for in a car. He walked me through the entire process which took a good part of the day and was always courteous, patient and helpful. Curt McHenry made me feel comfortable with the financial part of the transaction and explained all the details very well. I left with a new Subaru Forester. The entire staff at Tucson Subaru was friendly and helpful. This dealership is something special, I believe. It didn't feel at all like it was about the sale but that I was satisfied with my experience and the car I got. I feel that I can call them with any questions or problems and I will get answers and help. More

We explained what we were looking for and, although they didn't have anything available at our initial visit that met our criteria, he contacted me when they did. Manny didn't engage in the usual sales tactics we encountered at other dealerships in Tucson. He was helpful, but not pushy. He went out of his way to make sure we got what we were looking for and followed up after the purchase to make sure we were still content with our purchase. Manny takes care of his customers. I recommend him (and have) to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle purchase. Also Tim Hanson helped us through the paperwork during the purchase and was very candid and helpful when it came to keeping costs to a minimum. Both of these folks were brilliant in the field of customer service. More
