Amazing experience! This was the first time my husband and I were buying a car together through a dealership and we were apprehensive. However, from the very beginning Tr This was the first time my husband and I were buying a car together through a dealership and we were apprehensive. However, from the very beginning Trent was extremely helpful and put us both at ease without any pressure to buy. We fell in love with the Ford Explorer and during the test drive he allowed us to put our son's car seat in to make sure it would fit and provided us with full details on what had been done to the car to make sure it was ready to sell! During the inspection of the car he noticed that a handle was broken and made sure that this was to be fixed by them when we bought the car. Louie then handled the finance part and helped us get a great deal and lowered our apr considerably and helped us get the best warranty for our vehicle. He also was great with our son who is two and was all patience and kind when my son needed some attention too. Everyone we talked to is so kind and helpful and I'm so glad we purchased through Tucson Subaru and we will be doing so again when it's time to upgrade my husband's car and have already recommended to our friends and family!
