Luckily, I was fortunate enough to find Tucson Subaru on Auto Trader. Within minutes of my email inquiry, I had a response with a completely transparent, itemized, out the door, quote from my salesman, Kevin Gribble. Kevin, and the entire staff made my purchase quick, easy,, and his out the door quote, was in fact what I paid as I drove, "Out The Door" No pressure, no hassles, no hidden, yet mandatory, "packages". I highly recommend these guys, and I would advise certain other dealerships to look at how Tucson Subaru does business.....AND COPY THEM! First service of my new ride: 2013 OUTBACK Scheduled the service when I purchased my 2013 Outback with the premium upgrade. Arrived at Tucson Subaru and was greeted and ushered in to the Ser Scheduled the service when I purchased my 2013 Outback with the premium upgrade. Arrived at Tucson Subaru and was greeted and ushered in to the Service Department. After a brief wait due to clients being attended to, Jesse inquired into what service was to be performed today. Jesse explained to me what service had been done on my new vehicle prior to being made ready for sale. Kristen was introduced to me and further assisted me in the proper maintenance to be performed and the checks that would be made per my request/inquiry. I was then assisted by Christine for the loaner vehicle. Christine explained all of my responsibilities and pointed out some minor flaws on the exterior of the Legacy 2016, NICE vehicle! Jesse, Kristen and Christine made my first experience a pleasant one. I feel all of my concerns and needs of my vehicle were addressed.
