Out of state purchase made easy! I found Tucson Subaru while my wife and I were shopping online for a new vehicle. After inquiring about one that we liked, I was put in touch with Trent Nichols. We live in CA, so I was a little skeptical to even consider a vehicle without seeing it in person and driving it. Trent was very informative and took me through the whole process, which he is a pro at. During our first conversation he even put me on the line with his shipping broker to give me an idea of how much it would be to ship here to CA with no additional dealership mark up. The most unique thing that Trent did was make me my own personalized video of a walk around on the vehicle. He zoomed in and pointed out ever imperfection he could find, as if I was there myself. It was that video that made me feel more at ease with this purchase. Every question I could possible have had was answered. It only took a few days for us to pull the trigger. Traci was a big help with the financial part of the sale. She was patient and explained everything to me in detail. Our paperwork was overnighted to our door with a pre payed return slip. After a few days everything was processed and we were then in touch with the transport company. Our new car arrived at the shopping center across the street from our home and was exactly as we had imagined, if not better in person. The smile on my wife's face was priceless. She has been looking for excuses to drive everywhere she can. Bottom line is regardless of where you are located, Tucson Subaru is the place to go, and Trent has my vote. I shopped around quite a bit and hands down he was the most informative and easiest salesman to work with. Tuscon Subaru also had the pricing for our particular vehicle as well. Scott was helpful; the dealer not so much I took my 10 year old Subaru Forester in to have the AC fixed because it was not working. With over 100K in miles, I expected that the service techs I took my 10 year old Subaru Forester in to have the AC fixed because it was not working. With over 100K in miles, I expected that the service techs would find additional issues; Scott communicated those issues clearly, but the cost of the repairs was soon more than the value of the car. When I went to pick up the car, I was asked to wait in the showroom while the paperwork was prepared. I wandered around looking at vehicles and obviously interested in learning about the new models for over 30 minutes and NO ONE ever stopped me to ask if I wanted to learn more about the vehicles. My family was considering another Subaru, but no one seemed interested in our business. We even told the service people that we wanted to trade in the old Subaru for a new one, but still no one contacted us or talked to us about it. The number of repairs recommended by the service department made us question the longevity of their product and the lack of communication and interest in our business made us decide to go to the Honda dealer down the street. More

Believe the hype! Trent is simply the best! First off, I am from out of state but I had inquired about a car I was interested in at the dealership and Trent's email response was extremely fast a First off, I am from out of state but I had inquired about a car I was interested in at the dealership and Trent's email response was extremely fast and courteous. We started discussing pretty late into the night, but he was very supportive every step of the way. He finally sent me a quote with a very reasonable price that I could just not refuse! I personally hate shopping for cars and despise dealership sharks, but honestly, Trent was very knowledgeable and truly went out of his way to help. He is not your typical car salesman and his reputation shows for that. I can't express how easy and straightforward it was to purchase a car from him and the Tucson Subaru dealership. He kept me informed every step out of the way. Believe the hype, folks! Trent is simply the best! I'd easily recommend him to friends and family. More
