Buick Rigal We purchased a 2013 Buick Regal and Trent Nichols was our salesman and he was "very helpful" the service not so much. The Buick had problems right ou We purchased a 2013 Buick Regal and Trent Nichols was our salesman and he was "very helpful" the service not so much. The Buick had problems right out of the gate. The battery was dead that in its self you cant tested for. However the tires were replaced and balanced but the balance wasn't right and twice we took it back to be rebalanced. They still were not right so I paid $40. to Discount Tire and in 15 minutes they found 2 bent rims. Now how can you balance tires 3 times and not see that the rims are bent. Joe Slaughenhoupt More

Motorized Tailgate Repair I had an issue with the motorized tailgate on my under-warranty Subaru. It only worked manually after having been at a local car wash. Received a free I had an issue with the motorized tailgate on my under-warranty Subaru. It only worked manually after having been at a local car wash. Received a free rental of the same type as mine. When I picked up my car, with everything operational again, I received documentation of the repair. This gave me a chance to inform the car wash company about what NOT to do to similar vehicles. Thus, it helps them to avoid causing this problem in the future. Win/win all around. More
Superb service. I was looking for a new car, was doing some Internet shopping and came across Tucson Subaru. I stopped by one day and did not have a good experience, I was looking for a new car, was doing some Internet shopping and came across Tucson Subaru. I stopped by one day and did not have a good experience, had four people in the lot barely say hello to me. I went home and sent an email to the dealership, explaining what had happened. There was a prompt and professional response and a willingness to make things right, if l would give them a chance. I figured it can't hurt so l set up an appointment for later in the week. When l showed up, Trent, really listened to what l was wanting In a vehicle. Asked me a lot of questions and you could see he really cared. He was never pushy about trying to oversell me or push my out of my budget. he asked a question and then made a different recommendation. I asked him about the email I had sent to the dealership a couple days earlier and he told me it was sent to the entire sales fleet, so they could better improve how the dealership operates. By far one of the best and relaxed car purchasing experience in have ever had. Thank you Trent and everyone at Tucson Subaru. More
