Great Experience all Around! (Living in Crisfield, Md which is over 2400 miles away from Tucson Subaru) I just want to start out and say the service with Trent and Louie was aw (Living in Crisfield, Md which is over 2400 miles away from Tucson Subaru) I just want to start out and say the service with Trent and Louie was awesome! I seen the car on CarGurus as I was going through all of the listings on my lunch break and messaged the dealership. Trent responded within minutes to give me information on the car. He and Louis have made the entire process super easy for me and to get the deal done and shipped to me in perfect condition, ALL THROUGH TEXT! Trent and I talked on the phone for the first time today when I picked the vehicle up and congratulated me and made sure everything was right! I'll give it up to them, they are the best dealership I have ever dealt with! Will definitely buy another from them I see one that catches my eye! More

Other dealerships kept playing games (four square), blowing up my phone, pressuring me to sign papers constantly when I was just going in for questions, not being open about what I'm paying for, etc. Peter doesn't play games. Had the car ready to test drive for me, broke down what every dollar was going to on the final sales price, and found all the ways he could bring the price down (even when I wasn't at the dealership to argue any price issues). After he made the sale, he brought me to the back lot to practice driving (I have 0 stick shift experience), and was also willing to drive the car home for me, but I was comfortable enough to get home after a few rounds on the lot. Would buy here again. More

Subaru kept landing in the number one spot on several reviews. My husband called our mechanic and asked his opinion. He said Subarus are the best cars to work on but he never has to work on them because nothing ever goes wrong. Unfortunately, there was no dealership near my home in the Gila wilderness. A friend had recently researched all the dealerships in New Mexico, Texas and Arizona and said that Tucson Subaru is the ONLY place to go. A cold call about a new Subaru Forester connected me to Spence Bilbo, who is knowledgeable and diligent. He was never high pressure but always attentive to details. He helped identify the perfect Forester. Realizing that this may well the last vehicle I purchase, I had to get it right and Spence was the perfect guide. We navigated some of the options and features via e-mail and others by phone ... everything from clearance to colors. When I made the trek to Tucson to test drive a Forester, Spence patiently took me through all the features and the test drive. He ordered exactly what I want and the Forester arrived in one month. The paperwork was speedy. My friend is right. Tucson Subaru is the only place to go. More
