Great service and an amazing car! I bought my Subaru from the Tucson dealership. They were patient with me; I came in about three times before I bought. They let me shop on my own ti I bought my Subaru from the Tucson dealership. They were patient with me; I came in about three times before I bought. They let me shop on my own timeframe, never any pressure. They got me in right away to finish the coatings and install the alarm and let me have a loaner for the day, very convenient. Finding a new Forester I enjoyed working with Jack McVey in purchasing our new Subaru. Jack was knowledgeable about the new blind spot detection and rear cross traffic aler I enjoyed working with Jack McVey in purchasing our new Subaru. Jack was knowledgeable about the new blind spot detection and rear cross traffic alert system that was of great interest to me. He introduced those during the test drive. Our sales representative, Spence Bilbo, was knowledgeable and answered our questions about features of the SUV were considering. He was eager for our business, but he did not pressure us. He was friendly, prompt in responses, and never pushy. He was also respectful of Subaru's competitors and did not speak poorly about them. Jennifer Duran efficiently handled the financial transaction. All in all, it was the most pleasant car buying experience that we have ever had. More
