Great dealership. Fantastic sales staff Flew in from southern california to pick up my car. Customer Service at its Best I don’t live in Tucson but I found a Ram Truck at this dealership Online. I called and spoke with Trent about the truck and explained I don’t have a I don’t live in Tucson but I found a Ram Truck at this dealership Online. I called and spoke with Trent about the truck and explained I don’t have a lot of time but I wanted that vehicle. My day to day schedule is hectic as most people’s days are, I made arrangements to come pick up the truck late on a Friday night, I wasn’t able to leave my home in the Phoenix area until 6:00 pm, the Dealership closes at 8:00 and Trent leaves about 5:00, I didn’t get there until 7:50. On that very night Trent was at an event with his daughter but returned to Tucson Subaru so that I could make my purchase. That’s above and beyond, in this day and age, customer service of that magnitude is a rarity. Trent has an awesome team supporting him as well, thanks to all of you. More

Very patient with this old tightwad. Thanks! Kevin was great. He was a great host and answered all of our questions. We loved exploring the car in the parking lot and testing the EyeSight system on the road. Nerve wracking for a second and then happy amazement when the car did exactly what it was supposed to do! I hadn't bought a new car in fourteen years, so it was a bit of a shock to see how much prices have gone up in that time. It makes perfect sense though when you think about it, inflation and all. Kevin made me feel comfortable about it and never pressured me. Thanks for your patience, Kevin! We were handed off to Traci for the financial paperwork. She was thorough, yet efficient, I could tell she's been doing this a while. She explained everything clearly and answered all of our questions. CJ had given me the initial quote from my Internet query, but he was busy with another customer when we got to the dealership. He took the time to greet us and then introduced us to Kevin. Later on, I had a short chat with CJ and he was very nice and took the time to answer all of my questions. We drove home in the car last night, and we're even happier with it today.
