Good experience Joe worked with me to get me the best price on a used car that fit my budget. Jennifer helped get the paperwork in order as quickly as possible once we start down with her. My only criticism is that it took over an hour from when we decided to buy, to when we could meet with Jennifer to complete the paperwork. That process needs to be faster. I don't know if they were unusually busy, or don't have enough people to process paperwork, but a customer should not wait an hour between deciding and starting paperwork. A less patient person could change their mind and walk out in an hour. This is not a criticism of Joe or Jenifer who were both excellent, it is a criticism of the process or the lack of staff to complete paperwork. More

Kevin understood my needs, wants, and budget and had the perfect car ready minutes after getting back to the dealership. Louie helped my select the perfect warranty to protect my first brand new car and helped my get my payments exactly where I needed them to be. I was nervous, buying my first new car, but these guys were so helpful and so genuine, it was actually an enjoyable experience! I'd recommend them to anyone and everyone! More
