We had gotten an e-mail asking us to compare our current payment with the potential monthly payment on a 2018, so we wanted to explore the possibilities. Gil quickly showed us the new and improved features of the 2018. He showed us how we could come close to our current payment and the had Jennifer assist us in selecting additional packages that could prove useful. While we didn't come in exactly on our projected budget we came in close. Throughout the entire process everyone remained super polite, cordial, and kept us well informed on what we where doing, what the next step was etc. The dozen roses were a nice touch! Thank You! More

In this regard, Dan Ford is truly outstanding. I learn something valuable EVERY TIME that I talk with him because he is clearly dedicated to helping me to get the maximum benefit from my Subaru. Dan Ford is the best service advisor that I have ever worked with during my six decades of car ownership. He really reflects well upon your dealership and performs his job at the highest level. Clearly, this will translate into customer loyalty because I bought my Outback at Tucson Subaru, I have had it serviced exclusively at Tucson Subaru and I will never take it anywhere else. After visiting our local Subaru dealer and meeting Gil we felt comfortable making the decision to go with the 2018 Forester 2.5i Premium. Gil answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable. The entire process was efficient and professional! The bouquet of roses for my wife was a thoughtful touch. Wish we could say the same for Traci in Finance. Unfortunately, she came off as pushy and hard sell. Very off-putting. Friendly enough at first, but then the endless hours in her office when we should have been out and on our way home much sooner eroded the elation we'd been feeling about your dealership after working with Sean. Traci was frustratingly obsessed with selling us products we didn't want. When I told her my wife and I would discuss these "opportunities" at home later on, she told us the extended maintenance was a one time only offer that had to be completed the day of purchase. Nonsense. If it's a good deal today, it's a good deal in a week or two. Unethical, to put it mildly. The pressure in her office was discouraging, suffocating, and caused us to have serious second thoughts about the Tucson Subaru dealership. We listened to this nonsense far longer than was reasonable. Honestly, it came close to costing you a deal, and certainly soured Tucson Subaru's image in our minds. I'm polite--up to a point. Traci pushed way beyond that point, exploiting our excitement and goodwill with her insistent, fear-mongering sales pressure. Loved working with Sean. Loved the car. The Finance experience?Unpleasant. That's a shame, isn't it? We could have had a great experience. Instead we drove away somewhat disillusioned with your dealership. We'd likely still recommend you to friends--but would caution them about questionable practices in the Finance Department. More

Great experience at Tucson Subaru After careful consideration and a great deal of research, I decided I wanted to purchase a new 2017 Subaru Outback. I stopped in at Tucson Subaru and After careful consideration and a great deal of research, I decided I wanted to purchase a new 2017 Subaru Outback. I stopped in at Tucson Subaru and was greated by Ken Murch. I told him what I wanted and he directed me to one of the two that were left. It happened to be black with tan interior. I was looking for a white Outback, but after seeing the black, I decided this was the one. Ken spent several hours with me that afternoon, but I had an appointment and couldn't complete the process that day, so I returned the following day at 8 am - and was there until noon with the new car. I never felt rushed. Ken spent a great deal of time answering my questions and demonstrating the car's capabilities. Took advantage of the 63 months, 0% rate. I also opted to have the XZillon protection service. An appointment was scheduled for a couple days out and was completed in about an hour and a half. Service staff were pleasant and professional. I highly recommend doing business with Tucson Subaru. More
