An unexpected outcome! I have a 2014 Subaru Forester. I had and issue with my drivers side visor; the flap over the mirror was beginning to get loose and was starting to ha I have a 2014 Subaru Forester. I had and issue with my drivers side visor; the flap over the mirror was beginning to get loose and was starting to hang down. I contacted your service department and ended up speaking with Jason Mumma. I explained my situation. He found that this item was not eligible under my extended warranty and quoted an estimated price. He said that he would check with his service manager to see if they might be able to comp the item. I was shocked by this and wasn't expecting it in the least. He phoned back to let me know that he got approval for it and that they ordered the part. Again, I hadn't really expected it and found myself in disbelief. Several weeks later, my son was moving his visor over when the whole thing snapped off! I couldn't believe this happened and was so embarrassed when calling back to speak with Jason about it. He was very kind and reassuring and suggested that I bring the vehicle by to take a look at it. When I got there, we discussed the need to replace it too. I had fully expected to pay for it. He told me he would see about getting a discount on it and informed me that they had the visors in stock. He asked me if I could leave my car for about an hour to which I agreed. When my car was ready he came to get me in the customer lounge and announced that they both had been comped!...I couldn't believe it! I was not expecting this in the least! I didn't ask for this but he went out of his way on my behalf! I was so incredibly grateful as it is a tight time of year financially and was so relieved! This was a well timed gift I wasn't expecting. I have had several dealings with your location now which have all been good. From your salesmen (Joe Micoletti) (...although I was sadly unable able to find a used vehicle there at that time that met all of my parameters and ended up buying elsewhere--will try Joe again in the future!), to your parts person (Scott Buford), to your service advisers (Jason and others). Your top notch Dealership and care of your customers is an example for other like businesses to follow. Thanks again Jason and Tucson Subaru! More

Best Car Buying Experience Ever So, we just walked in off the street to test drive a Subaru. Our neighbors have one. Actually, we know a lot of people with Subaru's, but we had never So, we just walked in off the street to test drive a Subaru. Our neighbors have one. Actually, we know a lot of people with Subaru's, but we had never test driven one. We met Joe Micoletti in the parking lot. He was knowledgeable and believable from the get-go. He showed us a base model Subaru Forester. We loved it but I wanted "all the bells and whistles". I feel like he heard us but he didn't try to sell us more than we wanted. We ended up purchasing a new 2018 Forester Premium. I absolutely love it. Joe has called us 3-4 times to check in with us to make sure we were happy. I then received an email from Darla Muckley who offered a $50 gas card if she could show us all the technology in our car. I was there a week ago. She is incredibly knowledgeable, and was so personable. We couldn't be happier. More
