I came to the dealership specifically to see a used car I had seen online. I was greeted by the receptionists, who offered refreshments while I waited until a salesman was available. Jim Coyle showed me the car and offered a test drive. Jim's approach was just what I value in a salesperson. He was knowledgable without being a "know-it-all", personable, and interested in learning what I was looking for in a vehicle. Jim did not pressure me or try to hurry my decision. Even though I had not expected to be buying the car on this first visit, I ultimately did so. I then was introduced to Louie Ascencio in the finance department. Louie very competently and pleasantly led me through all the necessary paperwork. Like Jim, Louie seemed interested primarily in assuring I was comfortable with my purchase decision and that all my questions were answered. I really appreciated all their efforts and I left in my new-to-me vehicle feeling very comfortable with my purchase decision.
