Anthony was aware of our need to purchase a car with the above in mind. He was very caring and honest in answering our questions about the Legacy we bought. He even helped us return our rental car and really went the extra mile to personally bring us paperwork that had to be redone due to a mix-up. This, of course, was not his fault, but he took care of it anyway. We are still learning about our Legacy and Anthony has already answered a few questions for us. More

Up until the very end, when I was sitting in my new car, he explained how all the features worked took the time to answer my questions. Not once did I feel rushed or like an inconvenience. If only all service people were this great! It's not easy to do, I know from experience, but Trent is a pro. Highly recommend this dealership and always ask for Trent Nichols. Jennifer Duran, in finance, is top notch! I was the last customer of a long day for her as well and she treated me like family. Nobody likes the paperwork part but she made it stress-free and actually fun! Who does that? She's a real winner! More

The Forrester is loaded with all kinds of helpful features on e I met with Darla Muckley to review the many features on our newly purchased Forrester. The Forrester is loaded with all kinds of helpful features on everything from driving assistance to the audio system to tracking vehicle and driver performance and many more. Learning to operate all with facility takes a while, but the Subaru team is great and proactive at getting drivers up to speed as it were. Darla contacted me and offered to meet to go over things and answer any questions I had. Our sales agent, Kevin MacDougall, was very helpful in this regard but it was nice to also have Darla give a most helpful refresher course. More

purchase of Forester from Joe Micoletti, Tucson Subaru I was replacing a 2016 Forester which got totaled when a Toyota Tundra smashed into me when I was waiting at a red light. (Toyota was also totaled) I sustained no injuries and decided the Forester protected me so well I should get a new Forester. Joe patiently showed me the new features of the 2018 Forester and also showed me some features that were also on the 2016 Forester that I didn't even realize I had. Now where do I find some snow in Tucson to test the Forester's symmetrical all-wheel drive? More
Professional, to the point, efficient This was the second time I have purchased a foreign made vehicle. I first saw a Subaru on display at the mall. So checked out the vehicle at the d This was the second time I have purchased a foreign made vehicle. I first saw a Subaru on display at the mall. So checked out the vehicle at the dealership. The first thing that impressed me was the knowledge that the sales staff knew about the model in which I was interested. Detailed explanation but not overload. If they did not know an answer on the spot they found the answer. After an overview of the car the sales staff did not badger me about purchasing and let me come to my own timeframe for purchase. I was most interested in the AWD feature of Subaru but all the added safety features such as the 18" wheels were compelling. The interior appointments were also pleasing. I bought this vehicle as much for my dog as for me. So I took my dog every time I went to the dealership. The staff there were no tolerant of my dog but very nice to him giving treats. While closing the purchase I also met other customers who were purchasing a car and it was almost like a party meeting many other customers. So all in all it was a pleasant experience. Since I am a dog person the donation to ASCP for animals was also a great thing. More
