New facility is clean, though the coffee area and amenities are sparse and lacking for a Cadillac dealership. Was less then thrilled with my customer support. Asked to have an AC service for the seas amenities are sparse and lacking for a Cadillac dealership. Was less then thrilled with my customer support. Asked to have an AC service for the season and was told I had to do a complete service to check for leaks and would cost a few hundred dollars… all I wanted was a basic service… was told my extended warranty had expired when I check with GM they said there was still 5 months left. There were other issues but respectfully… that experience was enough that I’ll drive an additional 30 minutes to go to another dealer (Brogan) that I know I can trust. More

Charlie is the best sales rep. Attentive and kind. Very honest and helpful. Goes out if his way to help me with all my tech issues. Very responsive . Best decision I made especially with the car shortage and inflation prices. I recently got my car serviced and had issues with my CarPlay connection. Right away, Wayne from service dept. ( also awesome) called Charlie and Charlie came immediately to help me call onstar and resolve the issue. This man is awesome in so many ways. Ignore any poor reviews bc they are just salty. Best experience I have ever had. More
