Terrible experience! It is so sad as to what has become of the former City Cadillac. The Empire Cadillac service department is a total joke! They had no problem selling me an extended warranty for close to $6000 but they refuse to provide a loaner vehicle. My Escalade was at Empire for 7 weeks back in February (no loaner, only excuses) and now it's been another 3 weeks so far as I type this for them to repair ALL the same issues they allegedly were supposed to repair earlier this year. On top of that, their communication is horrible, they simply DO NOT CARE. It's really a shame because City Cadillac was such a great dealership. I strongly recommend visiting another dealership because this place is a complete joke!

Never in my life have I heard a person waiting a whole week before having their car serviced. When I called always received the "BRUSH OFF", as if they don't care. The best thing I've heard so far was " they didn't service my car because they didn't know what was wrong"; how could you know whats wrong if you didnt look and find the problem. Well in the end it was just motor mounts but as I write this today, it's almost two weeks and still havent gotten my car back.
