To Not A Happy Camper, We did in fact have an Escalade with a defective moonroof from the factory (defective drainage hose). Our apologies about this ordeal. It took a little longer than we anticipated to discover the leak, since no one thinks the hose would have a pin hole. We assumed it would be the seals around the moonroof. However, General Motors did take back the vehicle and you were reimbursed in full. My apologies again for the inconvenience this caused you. It was simply bad luck.
