Staff is friendly, respectful, prompt and accommodating. They had no problem with dropping me AND my dog off at work, and they picked us both up to get my vehicle. Walter in the Service department was courtious, respectful and professional. He arranged a loaner for me to use during service, and then dropped off my car/took back the loaner from my house. Always have a bad experience especially the service department.Most. especially to Mr.Muhammad.He lies to his teeth insisting to pay half of the cost for the replacement of condenser eventhough it’s co department.Most. especially to Mr.Muhammad.He lies to his teeth insisting to pay half of the cost for the replacement of condenser eventhough it’s covered by the service contract and only $100 deductible.He insist that it’s the insurance company who told him about that and he was just relaying it to me. Little that he knows that i myself spoke to the adjuster and denied everything Mr.Muhammads story.I really don’t know the behavior that maybe he thinks that i am dumb and stupid.He always promise to call and update me of what is going on but he didn’t call back.Whenever he answered and still insisting that i pay half of the cost even told me to get the car and just return if the insurance comply to his demands which is just following the manuals regarding parts and labor.That was last Friday when he told me that.But I went there Saturday without him knowing about it and i found the car washed and clean meaning the car is fixed.He didn’t even bother to call me that my car is already fix.He held my car hostage coz he. knows that I use the car for work and i might give in to his demand to pay half of the cost.He is not a good addition to your company. More
