bad service experience I brought my car to this dealership to do some warranty work. I called and gave them my vin # and set up an appointment for a Saturday. They had my car for 7 hours and then drove it and determined the water pump was bad. Rich O. in service called me and told me the pump was bad but it was covered. He can’t do it that day so I set up to drop off a few days later. I dropped off the car and 8 hours later Rich tells me the repair is not covered. They have had my car for 36 hours and we have made two trips, the car is in pieces and now Rich has decided to do his job and check to see if it is covered (after he told me it was.) It turned out there was an issue with original warranty. Rather then trying to help me solve it he tells me there is nothing he can do and then, after a heated exchange, threatens to leave the car in pieces and hangs up on me. His boss eventually helped me figure this out and I had the car towed to where I bought it where the problem was resolved. I don’t expect Tri County to cover a repair that, due to improper paperwork with the original dealership, cannot be covered. My issue is all of my time they wasted and then getting rude when I called them out on it, and then threatening to leave my car apart when they never should have taken it apart without doing their due diligence. More

Serendipity I had originally stopped by to browse for used Corollas and Yaris's and had assumed Prius's were out of my price range. Mike Bertino brought up a 2010 I had originally stopped by to browse for used Corollas and Yaris's and had assumed Prius's were out of my price range. Mike Bertino brought up a 2010 Prius that was in almost perfect condition and was a couple hundred dollars more than I wanted to spend. Mike was pleasant and helpful. He knew I was driving a clunker, but didn't put much pressure on me to buy. He met me right at my price limit and I couldn't resist. Right now I'm loving how much I'm saving on gas and it's only been a week. Looking forward to driving this car 200,000 miles and beyond. More

Bought the perfect used Highlander! I currently own a 2007 Highlander Hybrid Ltd with 165,000 miles and gave it to my son to use for his co-op, so I had been shopping for a couple of mon I currently own a 2007 Highlander Hybrid Ltd with 165,000 miles and gave it to my son to use for his co-op, so I had been shopping for a couple of months and looked at every brand of new compact and small SUVs and some cross-overs. After looking at every other brand, my wife said, "If you had to buy one tomorrow, what would you buy?" My answer was "a used Toyota Highlander". So we shopped online, compared prices, found the perfect one here and came up for a test drive. Fred is so knowledgeable and helpful, letting me know about all of the changes and new features in this particular model. After I drove the used one, I test drove a new one again. The ride was perfect, the inside appointments top notch and everything was fine. We talked $$ and we discussed best prices. In the final assessment, I really wanted the 2013 vs. the 2015. It felt like an old familiar friend and I could save a lot of $$ by going with that model. Plus it was a Certified used car with a full 12-month warranty. The car had one excessively worn component that I felt needed to be replaced. Although the cost was not insignificant, Ray agreed to make the repair and the deal was closed. Fred and John closed the deal in the fastest time I have ever bought a car, with no shuffles to other folks to buy add on treatments, and even were willing to stay late to do it (sorry guys!). Kelly took the car for a courtesy gas fill (thanks Kelly, Ray and Fred!). While all of this was going on, my teenage daughter drove a used RAV 4 and Corolla with Dalton. I think she liked Dalton as much as she liked the cars! She almost cried when we said "your older brother gets one first". She loved the RAV 4, so we will be back here again maybe in another year to shop for another great car. I'm sure Dalton will get that sale! Fantastic Dealer and Sales 10/10 I went to this dealer originally looking at a Venza. During that time I realized that a Rav4 was much better. I did not purchase one, however the experience with Dalton was by far the best service I have ever experienced. i did not feel pressured to buy anything, nor did I feel like they were pulling the wool over my eyes. I got all the information needed, felt appreciated and heard by Dalton, and left with a feeling of care and that when it comes to purchasing a new vehicle, I will consider Tri County first on my list. All of my questions were answered regardless of how silly the question seemed. More
