Rock on!!! It was hard, frustrating and #time consuming to hunt a vehicle of your choice. After quite a bit of hustle, somehow I landed at Tri-county Toyota(Limerick). Honestly I was not expecting to get through with these guys. Like most of the buyers I was going back and forth with a quite a bit of dealers around. I was going back and forth with “Megan Schmoltze” from tri-county. We are in a stage where there is no going ahead through email or phone. Megan suggested to take an appointment same day considering the urgency. I went after work to this place. When a landed saw a huge inventory with mix of new and used. I was looking for a new RAV4. I got introduced with a soft spoken gentle man “Greg Madrzykowski”. I had done my homework before, had no interest to waste mine neither anyone else time in these process. Greg understood my requirement and in less than an hour we could finalize the deal. I must say all the staff especially Greg is a professional individual who get to the nerve of the customer and judged what customer want. He gave excellent profession service and this transaction were hassle free and done in no time. I will recommend any one looking around vehicles, these guys are there to help you out. Friendly buying experience I recently bought a Toyota Highlander from Mike. My wife and I decided to drive 4 different brands of SUV back to back on a Saturday driving the same I recently bought a Toyota Highlander from Mike. My wife and I decided to drive 4 different brands of SUV back to back on a Saturday driving the same route for a test drive. That test drive easily narrowed our choice to two. Over the next three days, I met with Mike and their competitor discussing price for the new car, the price for my trade, and sitting in and driving each car again. With all the information I had, I decided on the Highlander even though it was $600 more than their competitor. Mike played a big part in that decision. His friendly, non-push, relaxed style of selling made for a great buying experience. I've purchased almost 20 new cars in my lifetime and this was the most fun I've had, right down to scaring Mike during my test drive going into corners harder that he would have liked. I must say the handling was a nice surprise and one big reason I decided on the Highlander. During the negotiating, we talked about our families, our love of golf, and solved many of the worlds problems if someone would only listen to us. And although this is the first "foreign" car I've ever bought, we will be buying from him in the future. More

Great customer service I was looking at cars for about 8 months tossing around loads of options. My dad recommended I go talk with Mark. I talked with Mark in August and I decided on a 2016 Camry. However, there were extenuating circumstances and I didn't want to pick up the car up until October. He checked and sure enough there was another one coming in. Fast forward 2 months and I have my car. The service provided was great! Mike Bertino and the sales team patiently answered my very detailed, unusual questions, as in, 'where is the LATCH system for my grandkids carseats?', and 'will the passenger side airbag turn off when my 30 lb dog copilot travels with me?'. He wasn't dismayed when my husband joined me and wanted to look at several other models, even though the paperwork was completed on the one I had chosen(!) More

Greg Madryzkowski was so low-key and non-pushy, it the whole experience very pleasant. I drove away in a new car that was exactly what I wanted at a monthly payment less than my old car! From arriving to leaving was only 2.5 hrs, which I though was really quick. I'll definitely recommend TriCounty Toyota and Greg! More
