I am happy with the new car. Great engine, smooth riding car. The electronic system is very nice. I registered my and my wife's cell phone to the system and it answers calls for either phone in the car at the time. Plus it reads the music stored on our phones and plays them through the stereo system. GPS warns of traffic delays and reroutes us to faster routes. Overall, we are extremely happy with our buy. Our salesman, Kelly Coghill, was excellent. He called me once and I was in the middle of a house project and I told him I would call him back when I had more time. He waited, I called and told him the car I wanted and he called me back when he had located the Blue, 2016 4Runner without a moon roof, but with a GPS nav and Audio system. We bought it and love it. Disappointed I brought my car in for a 5k mileage service call for my 2015 RAV4. They failed to inform me they needed to check for a recall for my powertrain. I waited 75 minutes and they told me they would have to give me a rental as I was not allowed to drive. I wasn't informed this was something they were doing. I just thought I would bring it in and get it done and leave. This was sprung on me with no warning. They presented me with keys to a 2015 Camry without asking if there was anything I needed out of my vehicle. When I requested to retrieve items from my car it took 10 minutes for them to locate the car and get me to it. I was not prepared to make a second trip back to the dealership and had I known in advance this was a potential outcome I would have planned accordingly. For my first trip this has set a poor tone I can only hope does not continue. More
