He didn't try to talk me into something I didn't want or need. He answered all of my many questions. Aaron Feather handled the financial paperwork and he was totally organized. I couldn't have had more helpful, friendly people to work with. They made the whole experience easy. I hope both are still at TriCounty 9 years from now, when I buy my next Toyota. More
