Fred is very friendly and knowledgeable and made the horrible process of buying a new vehicle a pleasant experience. Now, I just have to deal with the trauma of trading in my Mustang GT500! Toyota Tacoma 2016 purchase - Sam M. I found the truck I wanted on cargurus.com and when i went in the woman at the front was very helpful and friendly setting me up with someone ASAP. th I found the truck I wanted on cargurus.com and when i went in the woman at the front was very helpful and friendly setting me up with someone ASAP. they let me test drive it and even take it home for the night so i could have a mechanic look it over. the salesman (Glenn) did an amazing job making sure nothing was left out and not once did i feel like they were trying to get one over on me. everyone just wanted me to drive away with a car that suited my liking. would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to buy a toyota at a good price. Brandon Laudenslager helped me test drive used and new Rav4's and was extremely knowledgeable, attentive and most of all polite to my needs and questions. Brandon and the sales team worked hard to show me they wanted my business and in the end I purchased a new Rav4. While Brandon may be relatively new at Tri County, he exhibited the professionalism and patient follow up approach I have come to know from Tri County. Once again, my salesman Bruce, knew when I would be ready to buy after a few years of looking at the new RAV 4's. He already knew what color I would want and "coincidentally" had one waiting in the back lot for a test drive. Where in the past I wanted just basics, he knew that now I was interested in a "Senior Citizen's" car with the safety bells and whistles (beep, beep). He expertly showed me all the perks and sold the car on the spot. It's the best car I've had. I especially appreciate the sensors front and back that tell me if there is an "object" (or person) within a certain range. It helps me to stay alert. The RAV4 Limited. I love it. More

Professionalism Optional Expected a great deal after buying 5 vehicles over the last few years. Unfortunately Tri County was only willing to take less than $900 off MSRP of $3 Expected a great deal after buying 5 vehicles over the last few years. Unfortunately Tri County was only willing to take less than $900 off MSRP of $35,000 on a new Tacoma. I understand they are good selling trucks, but customer loyalty and trading an older Tacoma that they sold me made no difference. As I tried to leave the dealership my keys were not in my trade vehicle. I had to go back inside only to be insulted and harassed by the used car manager. All I wanted to do was leave. I was then sent a nasty email from my salesman because I didn't agree to pay what they were asking. I thought it was my option to not purchase if I wasn't agreeable to the terms. Beware if you dare to question the deal they are offering. They apparently don't like to be told no thank you. More

Both men are professionals and could answer all questions quickly and accurately. Most admired was the way both gentlemen handled Toyota and Tri-County marketing imperatives. Yes, they pointed out extended warranties, service plans and other marketing extras with pride, but they kept their ears tuned to our answers and moved on when we indicated it was not for us; a wonderful balance. This was my second purchase from Fred and TCT, little doubt I will return for number 3. More
