What a Great Car Buying Experience!! I purchased a Toyota Highlander in August from TRI COUNTY TOYOTA through BRANDON and can't rave enough about the wonderful experience this was. I ini I purchased a Toyota Highlander in August from TRI COUNTY TOYOTA through BRANDON and can't rave enough about the wonderful experience this was. I initiated contact with Tri County through the internet and their response was within minutes. They couldn't have been easier and friendlier to work with. I was very specific with what I wanted and they quickly determined they had the car on their lot that I was interested it. Other dealers stated they had the car but when I arrived they in fact did not but probably hoped to just get me in the door and get my business. I didn't appreciate that given that I drove 30 minutes to get there. The best part of going to Tri County was the no haggle negotiating I experienced that sometimes goes with car purchases. I worked with Brandon who was really wonderful. Brandon was friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. Most importantly he let me know that he wanted my business in the most professional way. He listened to my needs and followed up very appropriately. Our final negotiations couldn't have been more stress free. Brandon came through on every level. There were no surprises or unexpected fees and everything happened as it should have. Brandon even took us to our car and explained everything about the controls, blue tooth etc. and even set my phone up. The gentleman who had us sign the paperwork was also excellent although I've forgotten his name. Again no unexpected fees and everything was nicely explained. Simply put our experience with TRI COUNTY and BRANDON wonderful!!! More

Carissa Dilworth was a pleasure to work with and she took the time to make sure that I got the deal and the car I wanted. She was so patient and understanding with all of the questions we asked and made sure we understood everything before purchasing the RAV4. Tri County also took the time to locate the exact vehicle I wanted so I didn't have to settle for colors/options that I didn't want. I would definitely recommend Tri County Toyota to anyone. Plus I got such a fantastic deal, with the great Toyota rebates, plus the dealer discounts, plus 0% financing, PLUS the great price on my trade-in, there was no way I could pass it up!!!. Friendly, Competent, Professional My first contact with Tri County, was an email from Asia Watkins responding to my query regarding a new Toyota Avalon. She sent me pictures of three different model Avalons, thus giving me some options to consider. The information that she gave me was clearly stated ans accurate. This trend continued when I walked in the door of the showroom. The receptionist was very professional and welcoming, and quickly found a salesman to assist me. Glenn Griswold proved to be so knowledgeable about the cars in stock, that it didn't take very long before I agreed on, what would become my new 2016 Avalon. Glenn talked me through the features of the car, as we went on a test ride, without overwhelming me with all of he details. After we agreed on the terms of the purchase, Glenn reviewed the different service plan options, and carefully outlined the advantages of each. When I returned, with my wife, three days later, Glenn took the time to review the terms of the agreement and optional service plans again, so that she could know them, too. A great experience!
