Fred has listened to what I said I needed and each time found the right car without trying to divert me to something else. As for Tri County as a dealership, I have to believe the managers are customer oriented as I've always had a good feeling about choosing them. We didn't buy a car that day and looked elsewhere but Greg's attitude knowledge and honesty (when he didn't know something he admitted it and worked to find the answer) coupled with the extra peace of mind we found due to tri county's perks ultimately brought us back and Greg, Eddie, and Aaron helped us get the information we wanted, get a great deal, and put us in a new car. If your shopping don't miss visiting tri county it feels less like visiting another car dealership trying to sell you on something and more like visiting friends who know (maybe too much) about buying the cars your interested in. More

My Toyota Prius I am very satisfied with my Toyota Prius which I have had for several years. It is not uncommon for people to approach me and ask about its features I am very satisfied with my Toyota Prius which I have had for several years. It is not uncommon for people to approach me and ask about its features and mileage, and I know eventually my next car will also be a Prius. The navigation system and hands free calling are so convenient and also a great safety feature. My service calls have always been courteous. I would like to commend Fred Whitehawk, who is very knowledgeable about programming cell phone connections, and all other technical aspects related to the navigation system. When I told him that the Lexus dealership had promised to send an employee to my home to program the garage door opener and give other technical assistance with using the car's gadgets, Fred offered to do the same thing.
