Who was equally friendly and knowledgeable. Finally Jose explained some extras. I was very pleased with the entire process and will definitely return for all my service and future purchases. More

Pleasant Experience In 2005 I purchased a Toyota Camry from your dealer. The sales advisor was Fred Whitehawk back then he was a laid back no pressure salesperson. I retu In 2005 I purchased a Toyota Camry from your dealer. The sales advisor was Fred Whitehawk back then he was a laid back no pressure salesperson. I returned in 2016 and just purchased another Toyota from Fred again his personality and philosophy for selling me a car was unchanged he got the vehicle I wanted and offered me the best purchase price in a timely manner with know haggling or pressuring. Another quality is that he remembers you. I often see him in the Wawa over the years and he always remembers me and asks: 'How's your Toyota" and of course "Drive Safely". Hopefully my new Toyota will perform as well as my 2005 model and if it does I look forward to seeing Freed in another ten years. On a side note I was extremely pleased with the service department out Tri County as well. They maintained excellent care of my 2005 Toyota Camry throughout my entire run with the vehicle. The van was ready when I came in and sales rep Steve P. was relaxed and comfortable to deal with, not pushy, and there was no hassle in agreeing on a price. Tim (and later John) in finance also were easy to deal with on an extended warranty plan and an Extra Care package, giving me time to make a decision and providing flexibility on pricing. All in all, a good car buying experience and I would go to Tri County again. More
