Excellent Dealership I recently stopped in at Tri County Toyota to look at used vehicles and was greeted by Greg Glenn (salesperson) who helped me out. He was very professional and attentive to my needs and able to confidently answer all of my questions. We took a test drive and I weighed my options of buying used vs. leasing new. I was actually indescisive but Greg was able to help me with my decision making process and very patient with me in doing do.. Typically I think of car buying as a painful experience but Greg had a no nonsense approach which made me feel very comfortable. I made two trips back to the dealership before finalizing a deal but never felt pressured which is unlike anything I have ever experienced while car buying. At the end of the day, I left the dealership with a brand new 2018 Highlander at a price point that worked very well with my budget. I give a lot of credit to Tony Curtis, as well, who was able to help finalize the #'s and get me a little more for my trade in to keep the deal within my preferred budget. I would recommend Greg and the team at Tri County without reservation. More

It was suggested that I see Marc Robertson and I certainly understand why! At 66 you can only imagine how many sales personnel I have dealt with during that time. Marc Robertson ranks number 1. He treated me with helpful information. I asked about leasing and told him I needed to learn the ins and outs of a lease. He not only took the time to teach me he took his time and made certain I understood all the details. He also asked what I was looking for in my new car. We discussed the different levels and all the new safety features since I had purchased my last Rav 4. We went on a generous test drive as he explained the many various new features. When were came back to the dealer he went through the application process with me and I never felt rushed or coerced. When all of the paperwork was finished he kept me apprised if each step and we spoke to the finance personnel and before you knew it I was the owner of a new electric blue 2018 Rav 4. I have already suggested Tri County to several folks who are anticipating a purchase in the near future, and I certainly suggested they see Mark Robertson. More

Their service department took care of us when we transmission problems with our Yaris IA at 10,000 miles, putting us in a rental car immediately so that we were not inconvenienced. I will never use this dealership again based on Service Dept I called TriCounty a week ago. My usual mechanic advised that there is a cracked dash/sticky dash recall that may apply to my 2006 Sienna. Called Tr I called TriCounty a week ago. My usual mechanic advised that there is a cracked dash/sticky dash recall that may apply to my 2006 Sienna. Called TriCounty, they CONFIRMED 3 recalls on my van and scheduled my appointment. I then called Monday this week. I needed to see if they could do the repair on Tuesday instead of Wednesday (my mistake on scheduling). The receptionist made sure my parts were there, advised that the reparis would take about 4 hours in total (which was why I reserved a rental to begin with), moved up my rental car reservation, and was very accommodating. Arrived as (re)scheduled on Tuesday afternoon to drop off my van for overnight for service. Picked up my rental car first(basic, but clean). No one from rental was availabile, so the two cashiers on call finalized the rental. No one properly walked about the rental car to check for pre-existing damage, which I did have to point out prior to taking. Then over to service to hand in my key and sign for service. I was there for THREE recall issues, per my prior TWO PHONE CONVERSATIONS: A Gearshift Lock Solenoid, a Spare Tire Mount issue, and the cracking dash, which was the catalyst for the appointment to begin with. I confirmed that the vehicle would be completed by Wednesday at 4pm, including the dash, at which point the Service Manager gave me a funny look. He advised that that is not how a Recall repair works. They inspect my car, submit the claim to Toyota, and then when it is approved, they will order the part. However, since I was reassured that the parts were in, he'd look into it further. Why couldn't the scheduling receptionists explain the process before booking the appointment? This is a total #FAIL in basic customer service. Create REASONABLE CUSTOMER EXPECTATIONS, AND ALWAYS KEEP CUSTOMER PROMISES. The next day, Alyssa called at 10:52 to let me know that my car was done and that the recall for my dash expired MAY 2017. AFTER **THREE** POINTS OF CONTACT WITH THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT, THEY TELL ME WHEN MY CAR IS READY THAT THE REASON I CALLED TO HAVE THE SERVICE DONE WASN'T EVEN A VALID RECALL ANYMORE?!? And the icing on the cake, when I returned to pick up my vehicle, my driver side carpet, door sill and door moulding had BLACK ALL OVER IT from the mechanic's shoes---NO CARE WHATSOEVER in the handling of my car. I know it's older, but it is my car, and I take great pride in keeping it in good condition, and was given an actual DIRTY driver side back. This was my first visit, and most assuredly my last. The reasonable expectation was confirmed that my car would have these three repairs completed under recall. That my car would be professionally cared for while in their possession was also a reasonable expectation. And both are the promise of a professional, customer-oriented dealership. And both expectations were not only NOT met, but there was no effort to resolve customer satisfaction. Such a shame, as I do love my Toyota and hope to replace it with another when its time. But I DEFINITELY will not return here. More
