My family has done business with Tri County Toyota for well over 15 years, so I trust their sales professionals. This experience was no different. I came onto the lot knowing I wanted to purchase a pre-owned vehicle, not lease anything. I thought that 2 vehicles could do well, and Kyle helped me with reviewing the specifications of both vehicles. He gladly helped me shop the lot for something more my style and while also being practical about my needs. We eventually settled on a 2010 Toyota Venza and this thing is a sweet ride. Great experience! I dreaded having to look for a used car for my daughter, but when I started the process and realized I could get leads without even having to go on th I dreaded having to look for a used car for my daughter, but when I started the process and realized I could get leads without even having to go on the lot, I thought this wasn't too bad. Then within a couple of days, a lead was sent of interest, we went to look at it, and our salesman Kyle Richter helped seal the deal by not pressuring us and answering all our questions.
