Choose Paul Johnson! I've just started my 3rd lease with Tri-County Toyota and while the previous 2 experiences went very well, this was by far the best. I had had a terrible experience a few years back at another Toyota dealer and when I went to Tri County they treated me with respect. This time was no different. When I met Anthony (sales) he ask what I was looking for and made suggestions that turned out to be perfect for me. There was no pressure to purchase anything beyond my needs. When I met Aaron who walked me through the financial end explaining all of the paper work along the way. When I left with my new Rav4, I was extremely happy and pleased with my decision to use Tri County again. More

Frauds Taken advantage of. Had a verbal agreement of a lease turn in and to find out a few days after purchase that my remaining lease payments from anothe Taken advantage of. Had a verbal agreement of a lease turn in and to find out a few days after purchase that my remaining lease payments from another car company were not taken care of in the transaction of my new Toyota purchase or rolled into the transaction of my new Toyota payment. Sales manager and salesman ducked me for a few days after I made an inquiry about this and they basically blew me off and said they took my "word" for it when my lease was up and never even looked up to see what my payoff was and how much i had left on the lease with the other car company. They put all the blame on me and said they do not have access to another company's account to look up my payoff (which is completely false) and it was my fault because i did not know when my lease was up and how many payments i had left. To make matters worse it the tone of voice and unwillingness of the sales manager to understand the situation and how they made the mistake and not me. If i say I'm not exactly sure when my final lease payment on my other car is up then you would think they would be able to look that up for me to see what the financial responsibility is before the final sale is made from both ends. The sales manager was very cocky and would not take any of the blame and wanted to keep putting fault on the customer who does not have access to all the financial information and in's and outs of making a deal and controlling all the numbers. I am now stuck with a $1700 tab from my other lease and now have to have 2 payments (both leases) for the next 3 months (totaling $900) when I don't even have the car anymore as they turned it in to a local dealer down the street. DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS DEALER AS YOU WILL BE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF and make sure to do your due diligence as a customer before making any final agreement. Make sure they did all the research to see what your car is worth and also if a lease make sure they don't screw you as well to help themselves financially of putting a big financial burden i must carry now because of their fraudulent sales techniques. I have never ever in 20 years of dealing with purchases of new cars have ever come to sales techniques like this ever! When car salesman get a bad rap for being rip off artists if because of people like this. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else to do your business because if they didn't care about my well being as a customer why would they care about you? More
