Service Department is TERRIBLE! Animal Lovers Beware! I use my dog for therapeutic purposes since I ride with and help clients in the social service industry. I came to get a loaner car & when I returned I use my dog for therapeutic purposes since I ride with and help clients in the social service industry. I came to get a loaner car & when I returned it, the Service Department charged me a $300 cleaning fee for my dog being in the car. Prior to this, they made me sign a contract that there is a no pet policy AS my dog is sitting by the feet of the girl at the desk, where the contract was being signed. I put a provision that "I was not told about this policy & don't agree with it." They charged me anyway and claimed that it was my signature there. If you love dogs or any animal for that matter, then do NOT go here. More

Highly recommend IF Robbie Sturgill is your salesperson! I knew which vehicle I wanted to see before making the trip to this dealership. I did my homework ahead of time ~ comparing prices in a 200 mile radiu I knew which vehicle I wanted to see before making the trip to this dealership. I did my homework ahead of time ~ comparing prices in a 200 mile radius, checking the Carfax reports, KBB, Edmunds & TrueCar. I don't know about other insurance companies but I found that USAA was a very beneficial source in hunting down a good deal. I don't respond well to high pressure sales so I skedaddled when a salesman speed stalked me 'round the lot.... Like a ninja I circled back around to my target vehicle & happily verified it's condition. Only then did I go inside to arrange a test drive. There I found Robbie Sturgill ~ Not loud. Not pushy. Unlike others, he didn't ask where my husband was. Happily single people like me appreciate that. Robbie was kind, patient, answered all my questions & happily checked with the service department on a couple things I wanted to verify. There was not a hint of BS from Robbie as we were well on our way to making a deal. I will say we were needlessly interrupted several times by what I believe was the sales manager named Kenny. Kenny caused confusion in the midst of my enjoyable deal making with Robbie. AND he said, "write me a check tonight" more than a couple times which made me wish for duct tape. In summary ~ First & most importantly, Robbie Sturgill is the reason I recommend this dealership. Robbie cares if you are happy & he even checks in after the sale to make sure you are satisfied. He deserves 5 big stars! Sadly, my 4 star rating is due to the other staff member. More

I have never been so furious in my life. On December 19th, 2016 I went in to buy a truck. I was told that due to my negative equity in the car I had(which I loved) and the lack of rebates on the trucks at the time that they could only get me in a Nissan Altima, but in a years time they could get me in a truck by using the loyalty program with NMAC. Take good care of the Altima, make all the payments on time and come back when I get the email. I got a loyalty email in July. Went to the lot, nope, not it. I was told December. So when I received another email a week ago I contacted them as I was told it could come a month early or a month late. Excited that after a year of babying a car that I didn't want, putting miles on our other two cars to keep the miles on the Altima low and making the payments early that I was finally getting the truck I wanted. WRONG... again. I get a text that states it won't be available until February of 2018. This is the 3rd time the date has changed. No worries though, come in, we can run the numbers and get you in that truck now. In the meantime, I find out the finance manager who told me all of this, along with the guy who sold me the car and witnessed this, no longer works there. Big surprise huh?! Let me add that when they fixed the recall on the car it came back in such a shape that I was mailed a free oil change. Great customer service (please note the sarcasm.) After a few days with no answer, I text back and ask what was going on and get a reply that she had assigned someone with running my numbers and thought they followed up. She would have them call me. A few hours later a very rude, sarcastic guy called to tell me they had run the numbers and I was looking at at least a $950 truck payment because of the negative equity on the Altima, and that he wasn't even sure if I was approved that's just an estimate. He doesn't know my financial situation if I could even afford that, but that's what he could do. First, no, he didn't know what I could or would pay. Could I pay that, Yes! Would I? xxxx no. Second, let's not forget that I have all of this negative equity because of your former finance manager. By this point, the sexy Honda I traded in on this xxxx Altima would be paid off and be a great trade in, but instead, I'm screwed with this Altima, that I NEVER wanted, though nice, not anywhere near what I would pick all because I was lied to from start to finish. I tried to find the review I wrote after buying the car, in which I was so happy and thankful because I truly thought they did all they said, but I couldn't. So I'm writing this one, to warn everyone. Don't be fooled like I was. I've already filed a formal complaint and intend on posting on every site I can. Because if I can save just one person from what I've gone through, its worth it. I've waited and worked hard for 35 years to get a truck, now I'm screwed for six more years because I refuse to pay almost a grand a month, or put 6 grand down to fix their lies. Nissan should be ashamed of this, of the people they have representing their brand. More
Absolute Disgrace to the Nissan Company!!!!! I attempted to purchase a vehicle from this dealership recently and have honestly never been treated so rude in my whole car buying experience. Darrel I attempted to purchase a vehicle from this dealership recently and have honestly never been treated so rude in my whole car buying experience. Darrell Thompson, one of the Product Specialist at this dealership is without a doubt one of the rudest people I have ever had any dealings with, period. The owner of this dealership should strongly consider his employment there. I say this because when I told them what I was willing to pay to purchase a particular vehicle I wanted he said he would get with his manager and then call me back. Darrell called me back in a reasonable time and told me to come on down he would have the vehicle up front waiting on me as they were able to do the deal as I proposed as long as my trade was as clean as I described (which I totally understand). I almost started to go there but decided to call him back before I did just in case there was a breakdown in communication. As you can imagine there was a huge breakdown in communication. I had told him earlier on the phone that I was interested in the 0% financing and I understood that I could not get the $2,500 rebate with it. So, I called him back to make sure the deal we were going to do was for the 0% financing. He went on to say there is no way we can sell you that car for that with 0% and that they could get me financed with someone else for the rest. I explained that I did not want to pay interest and that is when he really started in: asking what the big deal was, and why I was so hung up on the 0% financing. He was such a jerk. Needless to say, I ended up purchasing the exact same vehicle at a different dealership within 25 miles or so. It's a shame when you are trying to purchase something, especially a car, you should not have to put up with this kind of crap. Again I want to stress that this dealership truly disgraces the Nissan company name. And by the way, I did purchase the exact same vehicle I wanted at the other dealership for nearly $2,000 less than the "best" Tri-Cites could do. More

Turns out it was because Tri-Cities Nissan service department d After an oil change, my oil leaked out on vacation and I had my car towed in Alabama. Turns out it was because Tri-Cities Nissan service department did not tighten the oil plug. BUT that's not even the problem! The dealership refuses to do anything to correct the problem. In fact, the only way they will pay for the tow bill and bill at the other Nissan place that fixed my car, is if I sign an agreement that they are not responsible for any future damage to the motor. REALLY???!!! The dealership's service department is responsible for my engine and any damage that may have happened to it!!! They offered an extended powertrain warranty. Ok great! If you think it's so wonderful, then why do I STILL have to sign the release that your facility is not responsible for any damage to my engine??? I purchased a service plan when I bought the car. I asked for THAT money back. OBVIOUSLY I'm not going back there to have any service done to my Nissan Z370. BUT they refuse to give any of that money back either. Never have I ever been treated so coldly and rude. If I had a business and one of my employee's screwed up, I would do whatever it took to fix the problem to ensure the customer continued to trust me and use my establishment. This place...... NOPE!!! They could care less. Now I'm to the point that I will have to pursue legal action and that is sooooo sad. More

Offer us 1500 for our trade in and finally got them to 5500. I wrote how I would trade on the back of the deal sheet. Price of the new car less trade in + tax and less the rebate. Went to finance office and looked at the contract and they had used the rebate to get my trade in to 5500! I was walking out and they called me back in. Service...scary! I took my car in for diagnosis and estimate for repair. They quoted me nearly 600 for the repair and told them I couldn't afford that. They brought my car out and on the way home the car started knocking. Checked the oil and it didn't even register on the dip stick. Put oil in and got it home and changed the oil. The oil plug was torqued to the point I almost couldn't get it out! I always change my own oil and had only been 1 month since the last oil change. I have no way of proving anything but with all my other experiences it seems pretty obvious. Buying a car does not end with the purchase! Remember you will probably need service. More
