I want to say that you are very good at what you do. You were able to gain my confidence and walked me through a very difficult process. You made it seem so easy. Brent, who said he was from Knoxville, you made me feel comfortable by talking about church and prayer. When you asked what I could afford I told you $500.00 and you told me that I might have to work with you on that figure. You showed us a very good car and pointed out all of its features, however, I still haven’t figured out all of them. I kept asking you about a warranty because the sticker said AS IS, NO WARRANTY. You kept telling me we’ll talk about it later, which we did. When I pointed out what other Armadas were welling for in Kelly Bluebook you convinced me that they did not reflect the true value of the vehicles. Well, look at all off the vehicles in the attached sheets that list them well below the $50K yours was listed for well below your price and many of these are at local dealers. Again, I trusted you. You also told me that you were giving us $3,000.00 for bringing in the promotion sheet which included $1,000.00 for being a veteran and $7,000.00 for our trade in. In looking at the paperwork I don’t seen that $3,000.00. Also, you told me that the final price of the vehicle was $47,777.00 while in fact it turned out to be $56,165. Mike, you went through the paperwork so well. I trusted both of you and didn’t look at the paperwork like I should have. It is my fault that I trusted you both and I feel deceived. You presented each piece of paperwork and pointed to sign here and there which I did without checking the figures. You asked me what kind off warranty I wanted whether it be mileage or years. You hinted at the 6 year plan which I chose. Only afterward did I hear you say 70,000 miles in passing. So, I don’t know if I have a 70K mile warranty or 6 year warranty. I guess if I don’t drive 70K it might last 6 years. Later I found out that a NEW 2023 Nissan Armada with 4 wheel drive, not two wheel like I got, was only $51,-000 at Johnson City Nissan. I don’t know what happened to me the day that I came in. It was all my fault. It seems like I was in a trance or maybe Old Timers Syndrome. I can honestly say that you have done a good job for Johnson City Nissan by getting me to pay more than $20k than I would have at another dealership. However, I have to say that I believe your Christian values are lacking. If you will look at the scripture I have included from Exodus 20:25, Leviticus 19:35, and Proverbs 16:11 you will see what I am referring to. I will not judge you, I leave that to God. OH YES, the card we brought in said we had won $5,000.00 and all we received were earbuds and a cap. I wonder if anyone ever wins that money. I never see any advertisements show someone winning it. I only wish I had been wise enough to see through the deception I experienced. I also wish I had done some research before going to them. More
GREAT dealership to work with, and they were completely transparent about everything up front! I couldn't have had a better transaction or experience! transparent about everything up front! I couldn't have had a better transaction or experience! More
I believe someone should take a look into Wesley Gibson “service manger” as he is know to do drugs in his office and then have his employees buy drugs for him . Was very disappointed after buying our 2016 Honda CVR. After having it for 5 months we started having problems with what is called a cold start. This is a problem with the VTC Acuator. This vehicle has on After having it for 5 months we started having problems with what is called a cold start. This is a problem with the VTC Acuator. This vehicle has only 53,000 miles on it, and was told by the delearship and Honda Corp that it was not covered by warranty. Looks like Johnson City Nissan could have stepped up and taken care of this problem, but got no help from them at all. Extremely dissatisfied with this outcome. Marshall Brown/ Greeneville, Tn More
We previously took my car to the Nissan dealership in Kingsport. We love their service department. They are efficient, trustworthy and communicate in a timely manner. However, we now live in Johnson City Kingsport. We love their service department. They are efficient, trustworthy and communicate in a timely manner. However, we now live in Johnson City and it is a chore to drive to Kingsport. We thought we would give Tri Cities Nissan Service a try. NEVER AGAIN! We scheduled an appointment for an oil change. The night before we dropped the car off. Our appointment was for 8:30 the next day. We were told we would have a complimentary mutli-point inspection and they would CALL ME if there were any issues to address. Next day (day of appointment), 3:30pm rolls around and still no call, text or email from Nissan. My husband calls to check in. There was a recall that they had to take care of so it took longer. No big deal since I wasn't going to pick it up until after work...still wished they would have called to update though. Got to the dealership a bit after 5 to pick up my car. The "advisor", Margo, I was assigned was not there. The person who walked me into the cashier just went over the service I was charged for and nothing else. It wasn't until I paid and got home that I found a note in the "under vehicle" section. It stated, "Trans leak, diag needed". Would have been really freaking nice to get this note BEFORE I picked it up. Would have LOVED to have this diagnosed while it was in the shop considering I am taking this vehicle on a trip to Nashville in a few days. Completely unprofessional. No communication. You can guarantee I will NEVER bring my car to be serviced here again. Thanks Tri Cities Nissan, I will now take my business elsewhere. More
Although nathan and the sales/finance manager were very friendly and nice. i did not appreciate sitting at their dealership for two and a half hours only to be told i was not approved. also when i told n friendly and nice. i did not appreciate sitting at their dealership for two and a half hours only to be told i was not approved. also when i told nathan about my requirements for a crossover or suv. why did you show me a base sentra? i wanted fwd and you brought out a rogue sport awd? i wanted a kicks whichyou did not have which was $7000 less than the rogue sport and maybe would have been approved. considering a had a three hour travel time back and forth i spend a total of almost 6 hours for nothing.
