Not to mention the fact that your not told what interest rates were offered to you by the different lenders, they pick that for you. Wanna take your chances? Your money.....Look at the hard inquiries off your credit report, call them. Ask them what rate they gave you. Be surprised at what they tell you, then when you confront them, they walk you around in circles until you question your ability to do basic math. THEN smile, shake your hand, and congratulate you fot bending over. Why pay more or for things you don’t want, nor need. Don’t focus on the payment, look at the real numbers... 2+2 is 4. Not x. Avoid at all cost! They lie. They mark up sales thousands of dollars with fake fees to make extra money off of the gullible people who purchase a car from them. They only use "Fair" KBB rating to calculate t of dollars with fake fees to make extra money off of the gullible people who purchase a car from them. They only use "Fair" KBB rating to calculate trade in price and use the bottom dollar. I asked to not have my credit checked untill after I seen prices of cars and they refused to show me cars till credit check. They checked my credit anyway even though I told them not to then hit my credit 15 time with 15 different banks dropping my score almost 40 points. They then came back and tried to sell me a Rouge sport which I didn't want and said that's the only car they had deals on. Looked at the price they had marked it up $6000 from the window price.and gave me the lowest price possible for a clean excellent trade in. Worst new car dealership I have ever dealt with. I was a prime credit applicant and they just lost a customer and a sell for their shaddy tactics. More

Lied to, more than once. We were lied to about an option on a new truck. Was told Sirius XM radio was available on a vehicle we purchased.. Upon delivery we asked the salesman We were lied to about an option on a new truck. Was told Sirius XM radio was available on a vehicle we purchased.. Upon delivery we asked the salesman to show us how to use the XM radio. The salesman discovered, along with us, that the 2019 models were not equipped for Sirius XM. Before signing the papers, we were told the vehicle came with a 3 month free subscription to XM. Part of our agreement was to get a 1 year subscription, free of charge, instead of 3 months. When all was said and done, we said that we wanted out of the agreement. But the dealership would not allow it. We were lied to by the salesman, Darrell Thompson. Then lied to by the sales manager, and even lied to by the finance officer, Brian Knechtel. More
