Caution! Watch for the switch! Hello, I went to Transitowne Kia with a vehicle in mind. I met with Tom and made a deal. I then met with the manager and upgraded the deal from the Hello, I went to Transitowne Kia with a vehicle in mind. I met with Tom and made a deal. I then met with the manager and upgraded the deal from the Optima LX to the EX. The deal included the Grey with a sunroof EX. This was the deal! We shook on it! So, after over 4 hours, a change of insurance, license plate change, total $ given, they show me a Blue Optima with no sunroof,. What? This is not what we agreed to. I received a call from Mike Tarnacki (another manager), and was told it was a mistake and there was nothing they could do. I said you can give me the deal you promised and shook on. NO SIR. So, now I drive a car I DID NOT WANT! Three years. BE WARY!!! WATCH THE SWITCH -- NEVER AGAIN TO TRANSITOWNE KIA!!! USE NORTHTOWNE KIA!! More

Great Experience After owning Honda products for many years, I wanted to try something different. At the recommendation of friends and family, I decided to check out Transitowne Kia. My sales consultant was Danielle and when I say she was amazing, she was just that. I tend to be a nervous kind of guy with any major purchase from cars and houses to simply switching a cable TV provider! Just the way I am wired I guess! Danielle was quick to get my nerves under control. She asked lots of questions to really understand what I was looking for in a vehicle before showing me a 2019 Kia Optima S. She takes the time to get to know you with absolutely NO high pressure sales pitch. By the time the transaction was complete, I felt like I made a new friend. The only other individual I had interaction with was Kyle in finance and he was great to work with as well! Remember those names, Danielle and Kyle. They’re the ones to work with. As for the car itself, love it and I am pleasantly surprised with the Kia product being a first time purchaser of the brand. All in all, when it’s time for a new car again, my first stop will be Transitowne and Danielle will be the first to know I’m in the market! More

Nice people bad follow-up Upon arrival the staff was nice enough and knew their vehicles decently well. Where it all fell apart was when we actually bought a car. We put down a deposit and waited on one little issue with the car to get fixed. I had to call multiple people several times and never got a call back with updates. Only empty promises and terrible communication. After over a week of chasing my family decided to ask for our deposit back and found another vehicle elsewhere. I can only imagine how the customer service falls apart once they already have all your money. I would NOT recommend this dealer. More

Save yourself a headache and stay away from this place!!!!! Transittowne Kia sales representative KellyKeiffer is the very definition of a sleazy used car salesman. I purchased a 2014 Kia Sedona from Transit Transittowne Kia sales representative KellyKeiffer is the very definition of a sleazy used car salesman. I purchased a 2014 Kia Sedona from Transitowne Kia in January of 2018. While I am very pleased with the vehicle and highly recommend the Kia brand, I would strongly suggest buying at another dealership. Because this was a used vehicle, one of the headrests on the back row was missing. Not a big deal and a very easy fix, especially for a dealership. I contacted Mrs. Keiffer regarding this and replied that she would look into the matter. She responded the next day indicating the missing headrest was not at the dealership and that they would order a new one for me. At first I was pleased with her response, however as time went on and I received no additional update. I then followed up with Mrs. Keiffer. Over the course of the next few days I reached out to Mrs. Keiffer four separate times, each time receiving the response that the part had not arrived. It has now been over 50 days since I purchased the vehicle and not once has Mrs. Keiffer attempted to contact me regarding this issue. She has stated the part is coming from overseas however is not able to provide any estimated date of arrival. I find it absurd to believe it would take months for a dealer to obtain a part from a manufacturer. I’m sure if this part was needed in order for Kelly to make a sale it would have arrived within a week. Kelly Keiffer has proven to be not only a terrible representation of Transittowne but also an extremely dishonest individual. I would advise anyone in the market for a new vehicle to steer clear for Transittowne and Kelly Keiffer! More

Great sales people with no pressure sales As soon as I exited my vehicle, a salesman came up and greeted me. Right away I thought "Oh no, high pressure sales", but I was wrong. I was shown veh As soon as I exited my vehicle, a salesman came up and greeted me. Right away I thought "Oh no, high pressure sales", but I was wrong. I was shown vehicles on the lot, in the showroom, and it really was a pleasent experience. I cam prepared with research, reviews, price quotes, and dealer accessories cists. I told them what I wanted and what I wanted to pay. There was no "Take It or Leave It" prices because they say they're "huge." The next day, they remained pleasent through out the whole price haggling process. In fact, even when I took a break and got a coffee from the lunch truck, the mechanics were smiling and pleasent. Anybody close to Western New York wanting a vehicle needs to come to Transitowne to check out KIA. More

Jim Stewart is a liar and a scammer This jerk tried to rip me off and sell me a car that had an oil leak and cupped tires and also a washer fluid sensor that didn't work. I was going to pay the full asking price for the car. So when I asked him to fix it and/or lower the price accordingly he told me that he didn't want to sell em the car after they had pulled my credit report to 5 different banks and then they told me that they "lost my information" and wanted me to reapply after I was already approved. This guy is incompetent and very unprofessional. More
