It is a horrible experience. I went to this guy his name is Daniel and let me tell you his a lier. I called the manager and another lier. I paid 100 dollar for a inspection on my car Honda and they not eve is Daniel and let me tell you his a lier. I called the manager and another lier. I paid 100 dollar for a inspection on my car Honda and they not even find a problem .They got my car for about 1 hour of the service or probably parked on the parking lot. And them ,they told me that,that the problem it was gonna cost me like 500 dollars so ,I went to my shop where I always go and I couldn't believe it,but they found my problem in 2 minutes. I went to a Tracy dealer to get my refound and I couldn't get my money back ,those guys are a stealers ,they not even inspect your car ,they always charge you for everything. I would no ever buy a car from Tracy Honda dealer ever again. I hope you guys this review can help you to avoid overcharged you and waisting your time .thanks very much. More
