I tried emailing you but it was returned. I still do not have my Jeep back, and this is the email I just sent to Toyota of Woodbridge: "Good morning,    Gabby was considerate enough to call and update me on the Jeep yesterday, and though I appreciate the work done so far, it seems that your team sold me a car that was not even close to fully operational. My first service appointment was on July 16. At this point, it has been in the shop for almost a month, far more time than I was able to drive it.       When I purchased it, the only problem of which I was aware was the sunroof switch, which to this day, has still not been corrected, and I have been told there is no timeline for when that will be fixed.     In addition, more and more problems keep coming up. My Carfax said there are "no open recalls" on my Jeep Renegade, but a quick Google search tells me there was a recall on the 2018 Renegade's powertrain control module, which upon failure, causes "stalling and failure to start."        These are all issues that should have been fixed BEFORE selling the Jeep to a customer. I understand a pre-owned vehicle cannot be expected to perform like a new vehicle, but it is absolutely reasonable to expect it to be safe, reliable, and fully operational.       When I bought it, I felt excited to drive it, but now every time I think of loading my kids up in the back seat of it, I feel sick. To say the least, this has not been a pleasant or even remotely satisfactory experience. I worked in sales and service for a long time, so I know this is not considered a positive interaction at all.        At this point, I want to know what my options are. I think a refund and/or replacement is reasonable, given the circumstances. I no longer feel safe driving the Jeep that was sold to me, and I don't know how I ever will, given that your team at Toyota of Woodbridge continues to make mistakes over and over again, noy even giving the correct address for the Jeep to be towed when it stalled.       Since it has been worked on, the Jeep is in better condition now than it was when I bought it, so there should be no issue of value, especially considering that I purchased it on June 27, and drove it very little even during the time I had it.      Finally, I would also like to be refunded for the extended warranty or have it transferred to a replacement, because again, the repairs that have been done should have been done before it was sold to me. I would also like to be refunded for the van being towed from my apartment complex, and my Uber fare to my first day at my new job.
