Great experience from the moment I drove into the service bay - clean area, and immediately greeted and told where to go and what amenities were available in the waiting area. My service advisor handled the intake quickly and let me know what was recommended or not needed based on mileage. The waiting area was recently remodeled and still looks great! Plenty of areas to sit, and nice and open, so you don’t feel crowded. The wait time was appropriate for the service I got, and the service advisor checked me out quickly, while taking proper time to explain what was done and the results of the multipoint inspection. I drive 40 minutes specifically for the experience, as it is way better than my local dealership that’s less than 2 miles from me. I recommend this place for anyone that wants a smooth and hassle free experience. More
