excellent service I was out yesterday morning when 2019 Avalon beeped and it said on my dashboard I had a malfunction on my emergency brake and to call my dealer. Service Review The service was good. I dropped my car off and was told it'd be about 2 1/2 hours and it was. I didn't get a real time for bringing in the car to be s The service was good. I dropped my car off and was told it'd be about 2 1/2 hours and it was. I didn't get a real time for bringing in the car to be serviced. At least I didn't think so. I was told between 8am-4pm which were the new hours due to the current situation. I was told once I dropped my keys off that I was supposed to bring it at 8:15am. I wasn't told how to drop off my car which was a little confusing. The dealership is being renovated, so the last few times I've had to bring the car around the side to the "new" service area. I guess when I went this time the person I was supposed to meet at an outside tent had stepped away. I had no way of knowing that was where I was supposed to go. I parked and walked to the service area which said employees only. A kind woman who was waiting for her car on a bench outside told me to go back in the front to the tent to drop off my keys. The guy at the tent was there when I got back. Maybe a sign on the table under the tent that says "Drop off keys here for service appointments" and maybe a sign that says "Be right back, please wait for help" would be helpful. More
