Not for the first time, I have been incredibly impressed with the professionalism and efficiency of the service team at Toyota of Wallingford. They called to confirm what services I wanted to have perform with the professionalism and efficiency of the service team at Toyota of Wallingford. They called to confirm what services I wanted to have performed, called back to inform me of other options to consider and then gave me their advice on doing those or not doing those all in plenty of time for me to make an informed decision. Brought car in for warranty issue to be corrected, women neglected to inform me that they needed access to back seat. She said if "you run right down and clean it out we can have the car ready this afterno neglected to inform me that they needed access to back seat. She said if "you run right down and clean it out we can have the car ready this afternoon". The person doing intake should have noticed that the back seat had stuff in it when I dropped it off yesterday. What a group of morons. More
