I have bought my last 4 cars at Toyota. They have great service and wonderful sales people. They are very helpful and courteous. They told me I had a 4-6 month wait on my Prius but I was pleasantly surpris service and wonderful sales people. They are very helpful and courteous. They told me I had a 4-6 month wait on my Prius but I was pleasantly surprised when I got my car within a month. They were very accommodating and had it ready when I was ready to pick it up. I wasn't at the dealership a long time when I picked it up. I filled out whatever papers that needed to be filled out and I was on my way. It looked beautiful and had a full tank of gas ready to go. Michael Cote took the time with me to show me how the GPS worked and also set up my Blue Tooth phone. I stop in now and again for my free car wash and they always get me in and out as quickly as possible. They always take the time to answer any questions I might have. More

Sales department was awesome, 5+. Service is terrible. They always provide a half of service ordered by me, justifying it with a lack of time. When I came on the weekend, they said to come in on a weekday - no appointment necessary. When I showed up on the weekday afternoon next time, they changed my oil by failed to rotate wheels, saying I need an appointment. Last time I went they put a hefty scratch on my passenger door. Nice work fellows! Service manager seems to be the only reasonable person in this department. I would never send a friend for service over there. More

I purchased a Hoghlander from this dealer while I was still living in England. They were keen to work with me even though I could not meet them in person. Great communication paved the way to a pleasurea still living in England. They were keen to work with me even though I could not meet them in person. Great communication paved the way to a pleasureable purchase. Once I arrived at the dealership after moving from England, everything was in place to complete the purchase and drive the vehicle off the lot. Excellent service all around! More

Very nice people. Very honest with me and laid out all the facts on the table so I wouldn't be in the dark about any charges. I enjoyed the time with this dealership. The only unpleasant thing about the experience was the long wait for my car (around 2 months). It wasn't their fault, but in the end I ended up looking around for other dealers with the same car I purchased from Scion of Wallingford (so I wouldn't have to wait for wallingford to get the car in). When I called and told them I located one, it seemed to put them into overdrive in trying to get a hold of the car for me...and they did. They went above and beyond for me, which I appreciate. I just had to give the little push in that direction I think. More
