We just bought a new Toyota experience and had a great experience. Darius was very helpful throughout the process, which spanned over a couple months because we had the car ordered. He was always respon experience. Darius was very helpful throughout the process, which spanned over a couple months because we had the car ordered. He was always responsive, and we found him to be transparent and trustworthy, never pushy and we never felt rushed. The same with his manager, Eli, who was very knowledgeable, kind and helpful, as was Sohail in finance. The dealership itself recently went through a major renovation, there are a couple race cars hanging from the ceiling, a huge tv, a coffee machine, and an indoor playground and free arcade with several games for kids. Great experience all the way around, our best car buying experience by far. More

I had been to two NY Toyota dealerships where I live. One was horrendous, treated me like I did not matter. I noticed that I was the only customer in the entire dealership and left. My son in law made some enquiries, found your dealership and had me call. I was greated with respect, a smile and appreciation from EVERY SINGLE person I spoke to. I felt so comfortable that I purchased a car, sight unseen! When I arrived at your dealership the first thing I noticed was many customers inside....immediately I felt better. Mark Stevens was so patient with this old lady, showed me everything on the car and helped me hook up my phone to the Toyota app.......amazing! Sohail Butt presented the paperwork in a way that I understood every single page I was signing. My experience, from Angela Jannetty, to CJ Marella, to Mark Stevens (who never left me) and finally to Sohail Butt, was excellent. I had no second thoughts on my 2 1/2 hour ride home. I had a great experience at Toyota of Wallingford once again. I leased my 2024 RAV4 LE through Marc Stevens and Eli.
