Mark made the car buying process so easy and smooth for us! He communicated with us while we waited for our car to be built and he answered all of our questions promptly and was such a pleasure to work wit us! Before we went to Wallingford Toyota we had gone to two other Toyota dealerships and each time we put a deposit down for a car and then the cars never came! We were thrilled to find Mark who was super honest and helpful. When we got to the dealership to purchase the car Mark had all of our paperwork ready for us and it was so quick and easy. He was so kind and patient and showed us how to use all the features of our new vehicle as well. Without hesitation I would recommend anyone looking for a Toyota to work with Mark! More
