I had a question about my vehicle and she knew exactly what I was referring to and explained it to me. My car was due to have the cooling system checked, however, it was not necessary at the time, so I appreciated I wasn't taken advantage of. I had a choice of waiting in the comfortable customer lounge (coffee and cookies always available) or returning at the prearranged time to pick up my car. I chose to do some needed shopping across the street, and came back to find my car ready and waiting. The service tech went over my paperwork with me, and also pointed out service that may be needed in the future. I've used Toyota of Tri-Cities many times, and appreciate their quick and reliable service and friendliness. More
