This is the only place I trust to take I have used Toyota of Tri-Cities for years, purchasing three vehicles and using them for service and repairs. This is the only place I trust to take care of our vehicles. I know that when I bring my vehicle in for repair, I receive honest and excellent work. As a bonus, they offer cookies, drinks, and a massage chair while I wait for my vehicle to be serviced. They have also offered taxi service back home when service is going to take more than a day. As a result of their excellent service, I have purchased three vehicles from them. Each time, the sales reps were great and the process was smooth. The last purchase we made was specifically to find a safe vehicle with low miles for our daughter. The salesperson made purchasing a breeze. He even delivered the car to our home with a big red bow on the front during our daughter's 16th birthday party. She was surprised and excited to say the least! Always Courteous! I purchased my 2012 Highlander at this dealership and have always had it serviced by them. They are always courteous and polite. Never do they try to sell me anything I don't need. In fact my oil light was on and I thought I needed it changed. But I was informed I did not need it yet (the maintenance light was for some other minor issue) and when I said to change it anyway since they had my car the service rep said no I still had a few more months and to save my money. I also let them hand wash it for $18.95 and when I picked it up it looked like it was brand new it was so clean! More

Headliner So, the rear of my headliner in my Avalon is coming down. I took it to local Toyota dealer here where I bought the car new in 2013.
