Taylor was very helpful with my unusual situation. A tie down belt came off another vehicle while driving on I-75. From somewhere and it hit my grill when I was going 75 MPH. I didn't know what I hit until I pulled off the highway and took a look. The belt went through my grill and I couldn't get all of the belt out. Since I wasn't far from your dealership, I brought it in to have your staff look at it. Taylor was great at quickly getting it looked at and the rest of the belt removed from the grill. Fortunitely there was no other damage to the car. Taylor did a great job. More
