A simple oil change took two hours, first of all. Then when the car was finished, I had to go to the front and ask for it myself because I didn’t receive a call that it had been brought to the front. The card reader was down when i went to pay, and once I was finally given my car it was parked in the middle of a one way street, blocking traffic, with the door wide open. He had my keys through the entire payment process so the car was left there for several minutes. After the oil change, I noticed a weird noise that wasn’t present before coming from the air conditioning on my way to work. I had to go back, and the advisor opened the compartment to find napkins behind the air conditioning filter. The technician let them fall into the area and didn’t double check before closing up, a mistake that could’ve messed up my entire AC system in an otherwise perfect car. The advisor was very polite when I expressed my concerns, but the technician was rude and disregarding of the issues at hand. I asked them to check my oil, just to make sure it was filled correctly, and the technician questioned my concerns several times before admitting he was the one who did my service. The actual oil change was fine, but I will never be coming back to this dealer. Payed $80 for an entire day worth of inconvenience. More

Brandon was great, but I had to drive back to Toyota in Tampa from Wesley chapel due to my AC making a weird sound. Which wasn't happening before service. I also found a long plastic piece of the inner hoo Tampa from Wesley chapel due to my AC making a weird sound. Which wasn't happening before service. I also found a long plastic piece of the inner hood siding inside melted due to exhaust melting it. They think the mechanic tech might have left it inside. Also found a air freshener that got inside the cabin filter area which was causing the loud noise in the AC. Not sure how that happened either. Did not get any apologies or any coupons for the inconvenience of having to make a second drive back. More
