Wait time for a oil change, was a little longer then expected even with an appointment. Also was expecting to have a new service ticket and courtesy car wash when my car was ready, but I had to ask for expected even with an appointment. Would recomm.that the technician go over the workorder to ensure everything on it listed is checked off. Other then that the service advisor was very friendly, and communication was great!
