Very flexible appointment scheduling. Our car was given service in a timely manner, as It always has been. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Our car was given service in a timely manner, as It always has been. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. More
The service process is very good. I did not like how I received multiple calls while my vehicle was being by serviced about new car sales, upgrades, and trade ins. I did not like how I received multiple calls while my vehicle was being by serviced about new car sales, upgrades, and trade ins. More
I received excellent customer service from Bryan Roberts at the Vehicle Service area. He explained the repairs and pricing in detail, and the mechanic’s report as he (Marco) was working on the car. So many things to say. 1. They told me the wrong price of my service, even after they called me 4 times to schedule. And I asked the woman on the phone to confirm the p 1. They told me the wrong price of my service, even after they called me 4 times to schedule. And I asked the woman on the phone to confirm the price, she refused, and kept saying “roughly.” I asked for specifics, and she just didn’t feel like putting it in the system but assured me it was the agreed price. 2. They also called me to ask if *they* could sit down with *me* to go over a trade in price to see if it was something I’d be interested in because they were interested in buying used cars. I finally agreed since they have called me so many times and I would be there waiting on my car to get serviced anyways (usually 30-34mins) (So to clarify, before I even went in I got around 4 phone calls from them) 3. I get there and they tell me a different price than what was offered over the phone twice. I asked the gentleman that was helping me, he said no. I asked if he could ask his manager, they offered a discount, but not what I was told. I ask for the manager, we went back and forth for a little bit, then eventually they did it for me. Shout out to the manager for correcting it on the spot, that’s how a business is handled. But everything else was aggravating. 4. So at this point I ask about the individual that told me he wanted to discuss trade in value…they tell me he is not here. I was like okay that’s fine I’ll go home and wait on my car. 5. While I was waiting for my car I got another call and this is the individual that asked me about the trade in value discussion. (This is phone call number 5). He asked me if I’d like to reschedule my appointment because “I missed it,” to which I had to let him know I did not miss it, I asked/waited for him and they said no one was available. Then he said “oh that’s because our department wasn’t open.” …..so why book it for 30 minutes earlier than they even opened? I tell him okay that’s fine, my car is currently there, take a look at it and have the numbers ready so we can discuss when I come to pick it up. I asked how long it would take for us to discuss options, he says 5-10 mins. 6. I get there- long story short: they literally didn’t even look at the car, I waited on them for 10 minutes, they then looked and inspected the car, then they drafted up the numbers, then we discussed. Firstly, they kept saying “since you want to trade in,” which was frustrating because I said multiple times I didn’t but they wouldn’t stop calling me for months so I only agreed to get them to leave me alone. Secondly, through every step I asked them how long we would be and they kept saying “5 minutes.” This lasted for well over 30 minutes. When this could have all been done before I even came for my car. Then he says, “hmm well it seems like you’re not interested in trading in,” and I say yes that is correct, like I told whomever contacted me, this is solely so I stop getting phone calls from you guys. He thanks me for my time, I leave, we’re done. I think that’s it. 7. Within that day and the whole entire week after this appointment I got an ADDITIONAL 2-3 phone calls asking about random stuff. And the last phone call I asked the woman to remove my number from their call lists because, this is probably my 10th call?? This is ridiculous. I told her I did not have a good experience so I would not be leaving a review. 8. Here we are. Me leaving a review. Because I have been contacted yet again. This time via email. This is actually so insane. To wrap up this review, I only go there for oil changes and tire rotations why is my phone filled with their notifications? Emails, texts, phone calls, etc. They seem to not communicate with one another. Their prices are not matching what they’re promising (although I will say xxxxxxto that manager for agreeing but we should not have gone back and forth that much on it). And they string along their customers to waste their time by “promising it’ll be 5 minutes.” More
