This is a review about exceptional customer service on behalf of Christian Colon, in spite of an avoidable and frustrating situation at the dealership. I was promised a detail and window tint during m behalf of Christian Colon, in spite of an avoidable and frustrating situation at the dealership. I was promised a detail and window tint during my sale on June 2. When problems started happening, Christian Colon made himself available and took extra steps to ensure my experience was as positive as possible. I purchased an SUV on a Sunday eve. At the conclusion of my sale, I was sent into a quiet parking lot to pick up the vehicle (supposedly having gone through needed detailing and replacing missing tire plugs). It had not been cleaned and the plugs were still missing. Most Toyota employees were gone for the night, including my salesman, but I found Christian in his office. He apologized for the oversights and assured me I could schedule to come back for a "full detail" and would be reimbursed for my troubles (gas). He was assertive and confident. I trusted him and took his business card. He followed up days later with an encouraging text. I was able to schedule the promised "full detail" and tint stripe on 7/1. Once back at the dealership 7/1, I settled in for what had been described to me as "at least 5-6 hours of service" for the tint stripe and "full detail." Everything was done oddly in less than an hour. The tint was perfect and the tires were treated and shiny, but that was the extent of anything noticeably improved. Once inside, I saw debris under and around the floor mats, debris remained strewn across the cargo and trunk compartments, dirty windows, seats were not wiped, dirty door jams, dusty dash and video screen. Outside the car, the tire plugs were still missing. I was underwhelmed and frustrated to have cleared my Monday workday for this. I voiced my disappointment and the detail center stated it had been a misunderstanding. I once again sat down in the lobby to wait, at which time, I decided to locate Christian. Christian apologized for the hassles and continued to offer support. He explained the difference between a "full detail" and a "delivery detail," the latter of which I seemed to be receiving. Less than 15 minutes after starting my conversation with Christian, the second round of "a detail" was done and it was parked in the front lot. I realized the "full detail" was not to be done that day and inquired with my salesman about some gas. I was then told to take it up with Christian. From what I can see, the final "detail" ended up being a more-thorough vacuum, window clean and tire wash. The video screen and dash appeared to be free of debris, but no product was used to wipe off leather seats or doors (there was still debris on the back of multiple headrests). Managing my expectations was very difficult, as I had no idea what steps were being taken. I repeatedly asked my salesman for a checklist of the included services, to which he stated, "That is not my department." In all, a little extra motivation on the part of the salesman to check services were efficiently completed and communicated would have made all the difference to avoid a frustrating and disappointing experience. Thank you Christian for stepping in on Sunday night when everyone else had gone home, for following up via text, and for the extra gas for my journey home yesterday. You made a positive impact on my otherwise frustrating experience. More

Es muy bueno, me gusta el trato que recibo siempre pero creo que hay un poco de demora en el mantenimiento aún con una cita previa. creo que hay un poco de demora en el mantenimiento aún con una cita previa. More
